After moving from the East Coast I stumbled across this great physio. I was in bad shape but with the help of Heather and the team I was back training in no time! Every time you walk into the practice you are continually welcomed by Sarah and the team with a friendly smile and always offered a cuppa and a chat. Highly recommend this physio practice, the attention to detail by the physicians is second to none!
Recommended Life Ready Physio by a friend. I have had chronic leg pain for several years. After an initial consultation with Jarrad, a plan was set.
A mixture of dry needling and manipulation has worked superbly, I'm now exercising regularly (running, road bike and futsal).
I check in with Jarrad every six weeks now and I am really pleased with how things are going.

Every time I come in for my Physio treatment at Life Ready Scarborough I am greeted with smiles from Sarah and the team. I'm always offered a cuppa while I wait. That same attentive care continues in my treatment with Heather or Jarrad and I know I'm receiving great care when they take the time to hear where I'm at with my progress and to ask generally how I am. They have a very holistic approach to their care; this is why I keep coming back!
