Life Ready Physio and Pilates Scarborough

Damon has done wonders for my crook neck. I am heaps more active now. Following the exercise regime rigorously has paid off with noticeable improvement in my mobility and strength over the past month or so. Tackling tasks I had put off for ages.

Excellent physio Si En see me through my pregnancy and beyond. Friendly reception and team.

Damon is a very caring (Physiotherapist) health professional. He listens and asks a lot of questions about my progress. Everyone is super friendly including the receptionist. The place is clean and very welcoming.

Life Ready Physio in Scarborough is amazing! The staff are always lovely to deal with and the physio therapy is focused on rehab with an emphasis on preventative care and maintenance.

After a work accident Rowan has been amazing and support me on my recovery. I totaly recommend them. Wonderful staff, very professional and careful.

I’ve tried at least half a dozen other physios before finally finding Si En at Life Ready in Scarborough. Her knowledge and dry needling has helped me countless times with speedy recoveries for my multiple sports and calisthenics injuries over the years!

I sprained my ankle one morning and expected to get it taped up quickly, but Billy at Life Ready Scarborough went the extra mile and ran a thorough examination of my ankle and surrounding musculature as well as an easy next steps for myself to undertake until the next time we would meet. They are more interested in taking care of your entire wellbeing, not just taping up busted ankles:) thanks once again life ready team

Have seen Physio here for multiple reasons and treatments. Always fantastic and friendly service. Recently receiving treatment for pregnancy related issues and feel very safe and satisfied with the experience and treatment provided by the team.

The staff at Scarborough are so welcoming and friendly no matter what. I would definitely recommend them and all their great services they offer. I’ve been going to Life Ready Physio for a few years for preventative massage whenever I can and, occasionally when I need Physio for muscle tightness causing headaches. Each practitioner I have seen at LRP are really knowledgeable, caring and professional. I have no hesitation in recommending them to family & friends.

Excellent service, helpful receptions, friendly and professional staff, proficient and consistent health care with a great range of physio, chiro and massage therapies, incl clinical pilates. Very accessible for commuters, people with prams and wheelchairs; child-friendly.
