Lets Go Motorhomes & Campervan Hire Perth

The handover and instruction in the vehicle was detailed and good, although in very fast English.
We had booked the vehicle for four weeks. The first two weeks went without any problems. Then there was a problem with a bracket on the lift bed. The assigned workshop was unable to repair due to the missing spare part.
According to LGM, the spare part cannot be obtained during the remaining rental period. A replacement vehicle was not offered. Driving was only possible with the bed lowered. After we handed it over, we were even accused of having caused the damage ourselves.

Really helpful staff that helped with all our needs as we explored Western Australia. Had the Roamer 2 camper which was fully kitted and had a nifty bed feature. Will be using g these guys again next time we're in WA

Hello, please do yourself a favor and don't book there. Reception totally unfriendly. The car was a disaster, the water pump didn't work. Sun protection broken, steps broken. The bed didn't always go up and down. The inside of the car was unclean. The sink was totally unclean as was the fridge inside. Without LAN power, the refrigerator defrosted and what was frozen in the freezer compartment could no longer be used. The service is zero despite complaints. Please do not book. Our recommendation is MAUI.

The staff were excellent to deal with and the vehicle great. My only concern was a lack of USB port to charge my phone & iPad, when off grid

We recently hired a 6-berth motorhome from Lets Go Perth. Staff were great and we thoroughly enjoyed our trip!

We were not thought how to check for gas cylinder balances. The availability was a concern given that we rented the campervan for about 3 weeks. Whether 1 or 3 weeks, there will be NO additional gas supply. That left us with the option to shower at campsite despite the cold, and make our dinner at camp kitchen in order to conserve gas. The gear shifting is not smooth. Quilt provided is good for 10C and above. We were experiencing below 5C for few days during our inland WA trip between Dalwallinu to Kalbarri to Exmouth area. The heater is very noisy too!

Convient location, nice staff, only negative are the opening and closing hours on a saturday, they should open earlier so ppl can start there trips sooner in the day and stay open later so ppl do not have to stay in perth for their last night just to make it back in time else they incur an extra hire charge.

The pick up and drop off experience was fine. The staff were excellent. The actual van was very disappointing.

Over from England to see our son and his wife for 3 months Just had 3 weeks in one of the motorhomes touring could not fault the Motorhome. Driven 3400k.staff very nice and Helpful.would Highly recommend them. Thank you.

Had a terrific 5 weeks travelling from Perth to Darwin in 6 berth Let's Go motorhome. Can highly recommend, have booked another trip next year from Adelaide to Perth. All the depot staff go out of their way to help you on you way. Perth. Darwin. Adelaide and Sydney.

Quite older motorhome, toilet not working and some crockery not cleaned, drove very well though.

I’ve had some dodgy dealings with this company. I was quoted for hiring a motorhome in 2021. The trip was then delayed due to COVID and the hard border being in place, so my $500 deposit was extended. When I was ready to re-book, the quote almost tripled in price. After several attempts to try and speak to someone on the phone to sort it out, with one particular staff member fobbing me off and sending me multiple emails instead, I finally got through to someone who said the new price was due to inflation and the previous price was heavily discounted due to COVID. They also refused to return the $500, citing that it was now a cancellation fee. Their terms and conditions clearly state that the deposit is refundable if the booking is cancelled more than 60 days before the booking date. I finally did get my money back, after threatening to go to the Ombudsman, but the person didn’t even check that my card details were the same before arranging the refund. I think this company is taking advantage of the pandemic! Be wary.

We hired a 2berth Motorhome with toilet and shower. We enjoyed our travels with it but the mattress on the bed was very uncomfortable. We bought a foam topper from K mart which fixed the problem. Also bought 2 cheap pillows as the ones provided were very flat.

Great motorhomes but very poor customer service! We were served by an elderly women who was very rude and very unprofessional! A TIP for HER - if you don’t feel like working, just make a room for someone else that will enjoy the job and treat the customers with respect!

Let's Go are a very professional business that we enjoyed dealing with them recently when we hired one of their campervans for a two week holiday around WA. All of our dealings were efficient and well communicated. The pick up and drop off of the van was easily done and explanations were detailed.
The van itself was excellent. Safe, modern and easy to drive, everything was well maintained and worked well. We enjoyed ourselves and highly recommend the company to future travellers.

Lovely lady went through the details with us. The only complaint was we had a problem with the fuel gauge and contacted the number given to us to report any problems. It took 3 days for someone to actually contact us back thank goodness it wasn’t anything too urgent.

If you are after a camper or motorhome Lets Go is the place to go. Great staff very helpful even when they are under the pump. Leah was just the best at her job. The price is great.
