Let's Eat Lunch Bar and Cafe

Honestly, the food was great, good amount for the price and good quality in my opinion, I have been to many stores selling the same product eg. Vietnamese rolls and it was impressive, I went back for more and spoke with the manager, such a friendly person. Great customer service. I ordered the roast pork roll with extra meat and chilli and another meat, chicken. Was great taste. Recomed to anything who likes Vietnamese rolls.

However I would like to complain about young women staff, I ordered food and her service was too bad, she was rude and annoying

Very friendly, perfectly textures bread and fresh in ingredients. Bummer I missed out on roast pork. Guess I will have to go back.

Hiked to west Perth and had the special Banh Mi.
In my opinion it is the best Banh mi you can get in Perth.

The coffees were amazing. We took hot mocha and Viet iced coffee, were very tasty and roasted!
Banh Mi were super good! Good reminder from our trip in Vietnam. They make their own Pâté and that's big and good difference. Don't start with the beef, or you won't change!
On top of that, the owners, Q and T, were super friendly and generous! Don't change anything!

Thiner but longer bread, with a little bit of crunch to it (but not too hard to cut your mouth). Fresh ingredients with generous serving - great value for money. The pickled carrot is not sour/sweet enough but it could be the modern take for people who just want freshness veges. Will come back again to try other Bánh mì on offer.

Bahn Mis here are insanely good! It's usually quite busy at lunch but you're not waiting too long. Tables do get snapped up pretty quick though, but it's West Perth so plenty of other places to sit and enjoy!

Their roast pork banh mi is really good. Very friendly service. Open 0700-1500 weekdays only. Outside seatings. No credit card surcharge.

Delicious banh mi! Line was out the door at lunch time, but the 10 orders ahead of me were served in less than 10 minutes, super impressive turnaround. Love the pickled carrot here and the $12.90 special was delicious, great roast pork and tasty slices of meat.

Best laksa I have had in a long while - lots of ingredients and thick creamy soup. Also had their banh mi - spice level was great and loved the roast pork! My 2 year old dropped his spring roll and lovely owner replaced it for free even though I had already gotten money out to pay.

Can’t wait to come back for more!

The pork bowl with the noodles was REALLY good! I'm generally reserved in my taste options, but glad I tried it! My new lunch spot for sure!

Amazing banh mi, smooth coffee and above all their service was 110% above average! So glad to have found this spot, highly recommended!

This place smells divine, went specifically for bahn mi. Got the Q&T special for myself and a couple of friends and was so excited to try it on the drive home. Absolutely delicious and well worth the hour round trip. Very generous portion for the price too. Going to go back whenever my kids in daycare and work my way through the whole menu.

Ordered a roast pork Banh mi, and it was huge, it was also absolutely delicious. Definately will teturn there.
