Consistently the best banh mi in Perth. Affordable and delicious lunch whenever I’m anywhere near West Perth. The homemade chilli oil is spot on!

Edit: we came back for the crispy pork bahn mi. Oh my! The best crispy pork bahn mi this side of Saigon?

The bahn mi has to be eaten to be believed. Crusty roll. Delicious ingredients. We will be back.

I am a banh mi fan and this banh mi is different and good from the rest i have had. The sauce they use is not as sweet and got a nice tangy taste. The bread is much fresher than the other places. Yummo. Love it.

Friends raved about the banh mi, so we went and tried; we did arrive late, the roast pork had sold out. Also it seemed more expensive than other places - but none of this mattered. The banh mi were great, huge and worth every penny. Definitely one of the top places in Perth!

Tried these guys for the first time today. Why have I waited so long!? Was recommended it by two different people and the banh mi was ridic good. I asked Q, the owner, who was super friendly, what I should get and he served me an off the menu special which was sooooo good. Apparently they started this place cause they are foodies and felt if they loved their food then so would others and I gotta tell you. I did. Recommend. I will be back to try every other thing on their menu. Also can't wait to try their laksa. Inexpensive and delicious.

Hi There a friend from work offered to grab a banh mi at lunchtime as she loves your food so i took her up on her kind offer. I didnt expect it to be as good as it was, easily the best i have tasted in Perth, the bread was sensational and the generous fillings delicious, keep doing what you do!

We had banh mi for lunch yesterday but couldn’t pass up on another when we stumbled across this place today. They were incredible! My fiancé said it’s the best he’s had in Australia (he’s had far more to compare to than I have). I cannot overemphasise how delicious this was…I would eat here daily if I lived in Perth.

Best bahn mi I've had, hands down! Best part was yesterday I went in for a second time and told the owner that the first bahn mi I had was number 1 in Perth and he threw me a fist bump. Great food, great people!

Hubby loved the BoB on LELB's birthday so much that he had a second bahnmi straight away!

Great, and I mean great! Spectacular food done exceptionally well. Worth a drive or walk. You will not be disappointed. Service is great and Q and the team always have a smile.

Finally had a chance to try this place, ordered the Q&T Special Banh Mi, and all I can say is 'amazing' the freshness of the ingredients, the taste - an amazing lunch for only $12.

In addition this was the outstanding customer service - the gentleman that served us did so with a smile and reminded me of what customer service use to be. He was very friendly and made sure to ask, not only me but all the other customers if they were happy with their Banh Mi's, of which everyone around us (including myself) were very happy and the term 'Best Banh Mi's in Perth' was said a number of times.

Sitting close to the window, I noticed that they have a lot of regulars by they way the gentleman greeted some customers - this is always a good sign.

An amazing find, and worth a short trip on the Green Cat or a short walk from Watertown - you will not be disappointed.

We will be back.

Excellent Bahn mi, bread was freshly baked, fluffy, and warm, roast pork was superb (and had a lovely bit of crispy crackling), and overall was very flavourful

Definitely one of, if not the best in Perth for Bàhn mí! Quang & Thuy are so friendly & the food is just the best! Crispy chicken bàhn mí, roast pork & lemongrass beef are all delicious, the flavours are spot on, bread is made in store & is the perfect crunchiness, meats are cooked to perfection, love they use daikon in their salad mix too. Vietnamese iced coffee is the bomb too, not sweet like traditional versions but so smooth and addictive! Highly recommend!:)
