Lebanon Café

We went there on a sunday afternoon. The man at the front had the look of someone who had just seen someone kick his dog. Took 5 minutes for someone to come to the counter and acknowledge us. The man asked "whadya want", I had never been here before so not sure if I could have insulted him some how? Afterwards we had a half hour wait for the food to be ready. I had a beef burger and my gf had a chicken burger which made her sick. Only reason we went here is because hikkys was closed, won't be going back and advise others to stay away as well.

Worse taste Ever. LOST THERE AUTHENTIC TASTE. Now they are just serving tasteless food. Secondly, worse customer service.

Mixed meat platter was delicious, the staff member was extra friendly and helped point us in the right direction.

Wife's favourite. Mixed platter is great. There's nothing not savoury. If you are a garlic lover, that dip is the best.

Usually quick service, but at times takes longer. We always go for the family pack ($30). Great value for money. They have updated their closing time for 10pm!

We went for a family lunch today as my son Andy Roos has been before and highlu recommended it. Well it was fantastic! The portions were generous, the prices were fair and it was extremely tasty, the meat was tender, the kebabs were the best and the chips were the best in Perth. 5/t from us.

Ordered a family feast last night. Great flavours but the chicken was so so dry. Was like chicken jerky. Would have been 5 star if it was cooked perfectly.

Very authentic Lebanese food. Very fresh and tasty. Was a bit cold in the dining area and had to wait over half an hour for food but was worth it. I will go back again.

The person who cooks the food behaves inappropriately with the customers and workers behind the cashier and I do not recommend him and I will not visit him again

Good food ordered and picked up same meal for 4 weeks… today the meal changed…. Rang the man… it’s how it comes. /. Ring up again it’s to come with pickles…. The man who spoke with my husband said yeah no shame doesn’t care!

Hit and miss.
I’ve had this place 3 times in 3 months and it’s only been good once!
Workers and owners are very rude and terrible customer service.
Won’t recommend and you will be waiting a very long time. 1 minute wait really means 20 mins!

Worst place to be. I won't recommend anyone to go to this place. No respect for regular customers. Bunch of unprofessionals running the cafe. Guys never go this place. They Use Abusive language for no reason.

Very Bad Customer Service. Judge people on basis of their religion and No respect for Customers. Not even the regular customers. I request Authorities to look into this matter as they would be doing the same with so many people. I won't recommend this place to anyone. Please

Absolutely delicious there is nothing like it. Large portions definitely value for your money. Love it highly recommend the Mixed platter! Lamb, chicken and kofta just melt in your mouth.

Poor customer service and attitude. Ignored me when I stood in front of the queue like I didn't exist. Won't come back

Great addition to Joondalup. The charcoal chicken platter is great value and very tasty. Great service too. I'll keep coming back for sure.

First time order, not a single negative comment against the order apart from the chilli sauce was left behind. Nevertheless the food compensates for that. Definitely will order again, please don't change anything.
