Lebanon Café reviews
47 My wife made an order of a mix platter and ask for no prawns as she is allergic to them. After waiting for over a hour we went to check the food and we found several prawns all over the meal. After speaking to the staff asking who made this order, they spoke extremely rudely to us claiming they didn’t make a mistake with the order and didn’t give us a refund, all in front of other customers waiting for their order.
Lack of care and piss poor customer service, please don’t spend your money at this chain as they only care about taking your money for nothing in return.
Amazing experience today me and my mum came in lovely food great service will be back thanks so much xx
Whenever we place an order for a takeaway on telephone they say “it will be ready in 20 minutes”. But when we go to pick it up after 20 minutes, food is not ready, they start preparing food and take another 30 minutes to make the food ready. What’s the point of preorder for the food? It does happen every time. Very disappointing.
Always stopping by to have the most delightful lebanese cuisine. Never been disappointed, the food is aromatic and flavourful. Everyone make sure you have your next meal here
I ordered chicken kebab and got it after 20 minutes and there was supposed to be chicken inside it but I needed a james webb telescope to find chicken in it. Looks like.veggie kebab
as the staff has changed service also got effected
I hope they will take this as a productive criticism and change their behaviour
Good luck to them
Nice food but the flies inside is disgusting. Not sure why the door is left open. Flies landing on the salad and bread whilst waiting for the meat to cook then being shood off then served to customers is not ok.
The Charcoal chicken here is absolutely amazing my boyfriend and I love this place and come all the time. All the sides are awesome and they do a banging kebab. Iv never had anything short of amazing off this menu.
The Food is delicious, the Charcoal Chicken Kebab, the Mixed platter and the 1/2 lebanese chicken are my go to dishes.
The guy at the counter/ chef is cool, he just has a very dry sense of humor and fragile people might find him confronting. I always come back, best lebanese around. The garlic sauce is awesome!
Amazing portions, unbelievable flavour. Charcoal Chicken makes you want to get it again and again.
This is my first time to try lebonese food. I like Falafel dish.
Portion can share with 2@3 person.
Great food and great Employees. Had my daughter with me and they catered to her so well. Gave her a free juice top and a small chips.
Will definitely be a regular.
Food Amazing, Manager and staff friendly and welcoming. Don’t really want to tell everyone about our little secret favourite place to eat, but shame not too I guess?
Amazing food & friendly service! You will not find a better value lunch in this area (or indeed anywhere in perth)
Not the good quality I expected, nothing compared to Little Lebanon or Beirut. It took about half an hour to prepare a dish, it was during a busy time, fair enough! But one side of the chickens were burnt. I mean real burnt! Pure black! The salad was very salty, as if they used salt as the main ingredient and dressed up with other salad ingredients. The lab kofta was dry and overcooked and hard to chew. Not to mention that what I saw when they were cooking and preparing the food, was not looking good! Overall, maybe good to try once and if you are lucky, you will get something better than me. But I will not try this café again.
They have gone down hill and rip you off.they pack half the amount these days and switch items without asking. Horrible customer service.

The restaurant was not full at this time, but the cook seems cranky today. He's probably having a bad day. However, the cuisine is excellent. Come on over and take a look.

We decided to go for Charcoal whole chicken with briyani rice
I'd say this is the best charcoal chicken and briyani rice in Perth. Although the chicken is little charred, it is still edible. I like how the garlic dip sauce complements the chicken. Rice is fluffy, and the grains are separated.
Please keep in mind that this is a takeaway menu. The chef informed us, but they still served us to dine in.
Shame on you. A large box of chips is NOT the same as a baklava. Careful when ordering from this cafe - they will change an order without giving you an option and charge you extra for it.
Finally found the time to eat here, encouraged by the fact it doesnt advertise itself as a kebab shop. Absolutely lived up to my hopes. The hummus is not exciting but the toum (garlic sauce) was amazing. Every other place I've been in Perth just have watery liquid versions, this was thick and light and aromatic.
Had charcoal chicken and lamb shish. Some of the nicest lamb I've ever had eating out. I only wish you could get the sides in smaller portions (tabouli, sauces, fried cauliflower) so you could get a variety. Current price and quantity doesn't work for just a couple of people.
I have had Lebanese food in Sydney and Melbourne. Without hesitation, the food here is 5 stars. The meats are nice and tender and the flavours explode in your mouth. The salad is tangy with the perfect amount of olive oil and vinegar. The chips a bit soft but well salted. So 5 stars for the food.
Now, if you're coming in for the service, you might be disappointed. I walked in to what felt like a three way heated discussion. Everyone appeared to be yelling at each other. I don't understand their language so take this with a pinch of salt. They may have in fact been professing love to each other.
Being greeted with a smile would have been nice, but I remind myself that's not what I paid for. Must try place in Joondalup and surrounds.
I have been there quite a few times at lunchtime. I found the service fast and very friendly. They take care with Covid restrictions if you are dinning in so all will be safe.
The chicken kebab I had was very tasty with fresh ingredients. The chicken had crispy edges from the hotplate, but I love that.
I will be happy to continue having their tasty kebabs. Thanks for the positive experience and great lunch Lebanon Cafe:)
