Had the fish and chips from the tappas menu, it was not very nice, didnt smell too good, advised the wait staff who didnt seem to concerned and said it may have just been that piece. Will not go again.

I came here for a family members birthday lunch and was a little nervous due to the mixed reviews. We had a great lunch, no complaints about the food or drinks. I ordered the steak which was cooked medium just like I asked. We received great service and would happily come here again. One dish was served with normal fries instead of sweet potato fries but the mix up was rectified immediately.

Come here a lot for lunch but today's service or lack there of absolutely appalling.the place is 3/4 empty.and trying to order a meal or drink almost impossible. I know its meant to be casual but the staff have no training seemingly as they just can't be bothered.
Have no customer awareness.will be giving this place a miss in the future.

So my friend ordered fish & chips which was gross, the fish was some kind of cheap, nasty fish and it was grey, not even a white flesh! We shared it. Made us both feel sick. I ordered chicken parmigiana, had no flavor at all, had to throw loads of salt on it but my friend was grateful to get half of it as her fish was so gross she didn't eat it. Kids meals are pathetic, ordered the hawian pizza which was tiny and looked like it came out of a packet. Had barely any topping on it with 5 bits of pineapple, 5! What the hell? Priced at $14 with "a free drink". Wow so generous. Other friend ordered the reef & beef which came out with 3 little prawns on it, not even decent sized prawns. Don't do separate billing which is absolutely preposterous in this day and age, so we had to use their ATM which only allows you to take out money in multiples of $50 and charged you $3 to do it. Overall, food was garbage, fish made us feel sick afterwards. Service was average. We weren't asked if everything was alright, just given the food and then plates cleared. Kids meals were a disgusting rip off of parents, because as if it's not expensive enough taking out your family, to get food that the kids don't eat because "it tastes yuk" just ads insult to injury. Was supposed to be a nice night out, but we had to stop past maccas on the way home to feed the kid who got a crappy excuse for a pizza. Their chef should be embarrassed! Won't be going back there again. Should have gone to Nicholson's, the food is great there.

Stuff very snobbish. I couldn't believe how snobi they were.walked in with my wife.asked for a menu.and no one would give us the time of day.it was very quiet too

Great selection of Beers and very decent pub food. The one star loss is due to the wait times can be excessive at times. Management needs to take a look.

Been coming here for years. Always had a fantastic time (depending on my company) staff have always been great at their jobs. Came here once on a super busy public holiday still got fantastic service despite the lounge area being full. Meals and prices were always satisfactory!
