The worst steak sandwich i've ever had. How on earth this thing won any awards is beyond me, I'd be horrified to see what it beat. Bitterly disappointing.

Food came out quickly, However it is very noisy and not a good place to visit with company.

This place over the years has seen its peaks and troughs, the new bar garden and large screens and live music on weekends really has assisted in revitalising a tired facility, the new owners have done a stirling job the staff are helpful and the food is really great.nice setting for a nice drink and social settings with friends.

Best pub to go to south of the river great place to watch sport amazing atmosphere the new outdoor beer garden with the big screen is awesome and the food is just brilliant I highly recommend it ️️️️️

Tried to order chicken casalinga. (Schnitzel). Waitress didn't understand me. She thought i meant chorizo. I finally pointed to menu and said I want that. She couldn't say schnitzel. In the end I gave up and said, just steak sandwich please. Then my very first mouthful, the drill in the ceiling started and the hammering. Management should have arranged a later time, not 12.30pm for this. The sandwich was nice and staff pleasant, but these 2 things made me hesitant about returning

Having been a regular for a while, there has been a noticeable shift in quality of food and level of service since the renovations.
Unfortunately I cannot say the shift has been for the better.
The service staff seem overwhelmed and under-skilled to do the job, meals are arriving much later than they were before, plates aren't cleared, wine bottle was totally forgotten although paid for, roast beef was dry.yet prices have increased.

I will not be returning to Last Local for a while, perhaps enough time for them to get good staff and improve in the kitchen. It's a shame as it was nice to support a local business.

Nice place without the riff-raff at most local pubs.

Great meals, polite, courteous staff and good entertainment, the most fabulous big outdoor area, huge screen tv, needs another down the end somewhere and fire pits or standing gas heaters, and retractable louvered roof for when it rains.great spot on a sunny Sunday.

We thought we would quickly pop in here for some lunch, it was absolutely amazing. We got the braai steak sanga and chicken burger. Both had sensational flavour. They were also really busy and the staff stayed calm and still extremely friendly, I was about to go up and get a cloth myself to wipe the table as I knew it was busy but a guy come rushing over to make sure it was clean. Definitely be going back. All meals coming out looked great too.

Top local pub in Canning Vale. So many pubs just offer your standard chicken parmi, burger, etc. The team at The Last Local in Nicholson Rd have done an outstanding job with the new outdoor area, large screen, overhead heating and the service is top class. This place gets really busy so if you're wanting a table then best to book ahead. Otherwise pop in outside of the usual 'busy' lunch/dinner times and you're bound to find a table.
The new menu is great - the food exceptionally well presented and all delivered out at the same time. Nice to see some Vegan / Vegetarian options for those non-meat lovers. Me, I really enjoy the steak sandwich - top class.

I'm flabbergasted how this place has such high ratings, the fourth time we came here and first time after the renovations. This place is amatuer at the very best. The amount of patrons that were cleaning their own tables was phenomenal and this was 11 45 am! The food was slow and inedible, fish taco was burnt as was the onion rings the beer selection is the worst I've seen and their own brewed beer is down right disgusting. Took 25 mins to order 2 drinks. The staff aren't supported and in turn they don't care. Such a shame

Great food. Amazing taste, and good-sized portions. My only issue was the timing of meals coming out. One of my tables came out, then next a short while later, and by time the second had finished their meal, the other two finally came out. A couple of minutes is ok, but this was a long delay. It did take away from the experience there.

I would recommend this place, but I do hope the kitchen works to complete tables at the same time.

So had a delicious meal here last night, the waiter (big) guy had a unpleasant smell about him not sure if it was his clothes or the dirty dish rag hanging out of his pocket.

Lunch today. So so disappointed! Ordered la delizia cheese. Cheese was very watered and tasteless and milky no other flavour! Supposed to come with crackers, but came with a chargrilled bread which was wet from watery Milk cheese mess! Also ordered Bruschetta! Grilled bread with chunks of sliced tomato rounded not even sitting on bread no taste.brocini tasteless! Not Bruschetta! No other flavour.
Worst meal ever!

Had a lovely meal here but did notice the girls seems to be doing more work than the (big) guy

I was really impressed with the extremely friendly, helpful and cheerful staff there. The food was great and was on the generous side of things. A great place to go to with a nice casual atmosphere.

We took our elderly Mum’s for lunch today. The young man who served us couldn’t do enough - I didn’t catch his name but he’s awesome (thank you ️)! He was amazing and made sure we were well looked after. Meals were fabulous (3x Fish n Chips and Steak Sandwich). We will be back time and time again. I highly recommend to anyone who wants good food at reasonable prices.

We visited as it was a local pub to where we staying on visiting from Scotland. Good choice on the menu and after ordering the meals were on the table very quickly afterwards

Foods not bad hence the 2 stars but I find the staff rude & $10.50 for a shot of cheap vodka is pretty steep compared to other pubs in the area, wont be back in a hurry.
