Laika Coffee reviews
39 Awesome food and coffee!
You can tell staff put a lot of effort into them.
A bonus point: a half basketball court out the back:)
Coffee was my favourite for about two years. Don’t know what has happened but it sucks now: (the problem is the guy that wears the vest. Vest is not best.
A great place to have breakfast, brunch or lunch. Food offered is modern, unique and yummy.
Great coffee and good food. Worth getting to this place early for a table or at least booking in advance as after 9am the area is majorly busy! Definitely a top spot for modern vibes and a cool morning hang out with friends or family.
Managed to get a table for two after a very short wait.
Service was friendly and super quick, the menu extensive in its selection of tempting meals.
Really enjoyed the experience and have added to our list of gems that are dotted all over Perth.
Absolutely delicious! The visuals are literally mouth-watering. The Slow Cooked Brisket Medallions and Potato was a little too savoury for my taste, but the eggs on toast was basic but amazing. The cherry tomatoes added a bit of tanginess and the rocket added some crunch. I changed the scrambled eggs to fried eggs, and added smashed avo. Highly recommend. The feta cheese also helped with the overall taste. The cafe is big and atmospheric and there are seats outside too, if you need some vitamin d. The coffee is light, creamy and delicious if you like light flavoured coffee. Overall, a great experience and I highly recommend it. It is very overpriced, the eggs on toast with smashed avo was $26. But i guess brunch cafes are all overpriced. It took a little long to come out, but judging by the amount of people there, it wasnt too bad. I loved it
Amazing Cafe. Amazing customer service. Amazing menu. So many Gluten Free Options. We went with our Aunt and Uncle who frequent this cafe on Sunday for brunch. Did not disappoint. Staff even moved us quickly when we were too cold at the table we were given.
Amazing food and great service, especially the Barista Lauchie, which makes the best coffee with a smile.
If you wanna go for a healthy food its your place. To me its kind of missing flavour. Not saying it tasted bad but it was just alright.
I really like their coffee. The foam was smooth and silky. I think its one of the best coffee you can get around here.
Would give it 2.5 stars max. The laika stack was really quite so so only. The smashed avo was not seasoned and the broccolini was boiled and not seasoned either. Not worth the $24 charged. The chorizo hash was decently tasty.
Had a breakfast meal here on a Sunday morning.service was excellent, food was okay, coffee was hot and delicious
Recently added to my favourites. Every time I’ve been there so far, it’s been nice. The food is good and so is the coffee, the staff are friendly. I love the vibe inside and outside is young people friendly with a little basketball court which is nice if you’ve got young ones with you
Coffee ️ probably be one of the best in perth. Both Ice latte and cold brew are great. Cold brew is not too sour or bitter. Ice latte has a roasted coffee bean taste
They have a big backyard at the back of the cafe, really nice place to hangout on not so hot day. Love their oat milk mocha.
We came here for Sunday breakfast and were very pleasantly surprised. The hot chocolate was a bit rich for our taste but that's personal preference. I had one of the juices they offer and it was a perfect mix of all the fruits mentioned. The food was also lovely, great flavours and well balanced with the ingredients
Food was delicious - great fresh produce, with nice flavour combos! Great coffee. Lots of staff readily available and they were really helpful in booking a large group table last minute. Def heading back very soon
Great setting! The peanut butter smoothie I had was nice. But the Brekkie brioche was extremely salty. It is probably the saltiest food I’ve had in my life!
Grabbed breakfast on a pretty warm morning and it was really nice sitting outside in the shade. The food was yummy and a bit different from what can be found elsewhere.
The staff are friendly and service is pretty quick.
I'll definitely be back
Excellent food, delicious coffee and service with a smile! A must-visit breakfast, brunch or lunch spot!
I wasnt done with my meal and the server staff started to clean the table and THEN asked if I was done.
Obviously, after throwing contaminated tissues on the food, I'm not going to eat it. Would you?
The staff did apologise but I found it a little off putting to start cleaning without asking.
