Tore my wing in 4 spots. Was late in the day on a public holiday and gave Ben a cold call looking for some sail tape so could get back on the water. He invited me over and fixed the tears on the spot. Absolute legend. Super friendly and helpful. Thank you again Ben!

I recently had the opportunity to try kite surfing with Kite West and it was an absolute blast! From the moment I arrived at the beach, the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient with me as a beginner.

The equipment was top-notch and in excellent condition, and the instructors were able to clearly communicate the necessary techniques and safety measures. I felt confident and supported the entire time, and by the end of the session, I was able to successfully ride the waves.

I highly recommend Kite West to anyone interested in trying kite surfing. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced pro, I have no doubt you'll have an amazing experience with Ben. Five stars all the way!

I had a 9 hrs course with Ben and I had an amazing time!

He ran over the basic concept of kitesurfing, and made sure I know the security principles before we went in the water. The equipment was good and he explained in a professional way everything until it was clear.

I feel much more confident and able to control the kite and keep practicing on my own, and, as I said before, had an amazing time with Ben!

Ben and his team did a great job of getting me started with the kite. Great teachers and adjusted the lesson to the conditions making sure I was comfortable the whole time. Thanks heaps!

Our Experience with Ben from Kitewest has been nothing short of amazing since my 12 year old Son showed interest in Kitesurfing. We contacted Ben and He genuinely guided us as both my son and I were complete beginners.
Ben’s communication and coaching style has made the journey for us very easy for us as he is friendly, genuine and very generous with his time and knowledge.
We are now out kiting by our selves but Ben is still giving advice and helping out when he feels we need it.

I highly recommend Ben @kitewest if you looking at learning to Wing Foil or Kitesurf. I have wanted to learn to Wing Foil for a while now so I booked in for some lessons as we were in Coronation beach for 4 days. Ben is a very experienced, knowledgeable with a focus on safety. Ben made sure I had learnt the fundamentals of Wingfoiling and now I'm confident to go out on my own. I will definitely be back and next will be to learn to kite surf!

The location of the school, located on Coronation Beach, is ideal, as it is considered a hotspot from the west coast. The boss of the school, Ben, masters the sport and coaching perfectly, furthermore is he a very pleasent guy.

Coronation beach is a world class kitesurfing location and Kite West is the go-to local shop for all your lesson or gear needs. Ben is an excellent instructor, with an emphasis on safety as well as fun. I can’t wait to kite this spot again, particularly good when there’s some swell around. Amazing!

Ben provided comprehensive and detailed instructions for my sons kite skill progression. He provided after action follow up and was totally focused on sons individual progression.
