I did a strapless wave kite clinic and then let my 6 year old daughter try it. Ben was very kind and super patient with both me and the little girl, who had fun like crazy. Absolutely recommended!

My partner and I just spent a week with Ben and Damien at Shark Bay Kitesurfing camp and it was absolutely fantastic! They not only provided us with top quality kite surfing instructions, but took us on unforgettable adventures around the Shark Bay Area. We kited at seemingly endless white sandy beaches, on crystal clear waters with no one else around. We saw dolphins, rays, turtles and fish! They took us to Monkey Mia, through Francois Peron National Park, to the local hot spring and to Ocean Park. What's more they provided us with clean, spacious and comfortable accommodation with gorgeous ocean views. Everyday they prepared incredibly delicious meals that included fresh and locally sourced seafood. In our group, we had a range of kite surfing experience from complete novice to a qualified instructor, and yet Ben and Damien ensured that each of us got the instruction and experiences we wanted / needed. And they did it with warmth, humour and professionalism. We highly recommend them and can't wait to come back again!

I took a SUP yoga instructor training here 5 years ago, and had a lot of fun doing it. It was a challenging few days but worth it and I walked away with a new understanding of all the various styles of instruction you can implement with yoga.

Highly recommend. Amazing spot whatever wind sport you are into. Loads of good quality gear to rent. Ben is a terrific instructor for kite and wing.

Ben is a fantastic kitesurfing instructor for any age and skill-level. I had a low-intermediate level when I started lessons with Ben and within a few hours he gave me concrete tips and encouragements that were extremely helpful. I learned more in 4 hours with Ben than in 15 hours with my previous instructor. Ben is also very attentive to his students’ sense of security and will always put safety first. You can tell he is passionate about his work and takes a genuine interest in his students. Thanks so much for the amazing sessions!

My girlfriend and I did the discovery hour of kitesurfing! And it was such a nice experience with the instructor, Ben. He gave us the need to come back and keep going on learning kitesurfing. I recommend kitewest for beginners (Ben can speak french)

Had thé best time here. Stayed in the area for about 2 weeks and the instructors from both Kitewest and Shark Bay Kitesurfing took me along on their tour across Shark bay. What an amazing opportunity to explore the area, go on a 4WD trip to the cape, do some downwinders and visit the secret spot. Not only are the instructors really friendly and welcoming, I loved their great humor and I don't even know where to start on their cooking skills! Amazing! Must be the French heritage.
About the spots; in Shark bay the scenery is really beautiful, relatively flat water, although on high tide itll get a bit choppy. In Coronation beach I had one choppy session during a strong wind session without any swell. Wondering where all the good reviews came from, I returned on a day when the swell was moderate (2m) and again strong wind and what an EPIC spot it is then! Had one of the best sessions of the year there! (and i kite a lot;) Can't even imagine how good it can be with more swell.
All in all a place you can't skip on your kitetrip along WA, great people and great kiting!

I booked the full kitesurfing course with Kitewest, it was a great experience and got me to the point where i can confidently continue kitesurfing on my own. Ben also advised me on what type of gear i need and sold me some of their used equipment which was great value. I would highly recommend kitewest for lessons, rentals or purchasing kitesurfing gear.

My son and I did a kitesurf camp with Benoit and his friend Damien. It was amazing in all respect. We learned more in a few lessons than in 7+ years of kitesurfing. The food was amazing, the vibe really cool, and the scenery extraordinary

Ben, Gavin and Michael were fantastic teachers, very safe, knowledgeable and skilled at teaching kitesurfing. We progressed through the three stages and Ben was able to schedule our lessons to match the wind conditions. We will forever remember Coronation Beach as the place we learnt to kitesurf!

Ben gave our family the best experience. Our youngest just turned 8 and learnt fast. My husband was in the water body dragging and is ready for a board after one lesson. My son won’t be far behind which just leaves me - I’m coming back for more lessons! Love it! Michael was also an awesome instructor
