Kimberleyland Waterfront Holiday Park Kununurra Accommodation reviews
72Stay here often. It's a beautiful spot. Lovely staff. And the onsite cafe make the best coffee in town.
We had a wonderful grass site beside the lake. Received assistance when asked for a ladder to clear the roof of the van. Easy walk into town, lovely park next to the CP.
Excellent park, we stayed 6 nights & did not encounter any issues, powered slab site. Level & roomy. Amenities tired but adequate. Nice lake views. Excellent cafe on site, staff kept busy & were very efficient. Great to have tours pick up at front of park. Convenient to walk to town if you wish. Ladies in reception also welcoming & helpful. Highly recommend.
Great park at a great spot on Lilly Creek Lagoon. Crocodile sunning themselves on the grass. Heaps of bird life and at night just on dusk thousands of bats fly overhead.
Loved it there. Would say again.
Loved our 10 day stay! Staff were friendly, everything was clean, but through NO fault of the park staff. KEEP EVERYTHING LOCKED DAY & NIGHT!
Great park on the waterfront. Cafe, pool, and grassy spots. Make sure you visit Gummy too!
Park is in great spot next to a Lagoon, facilities are good quality. Best hot water ever.
WiFi is hopeless, despite complaining to staff they were not interested in resolving.
It is necessary to sit at reception to get any wifi
Great location friendly staff clean amenities great pool saw a croc down by the lake amazing, sites ok
Another fantastic week at Kimberleyland! Excellent park, great location, awesome sites and amenities.
Would have been 5 star, however the team member who rides the red scooter/vespa, quite honestly the rudest caravan park team member we have ever met! We had contact a couple of times, either we happened across you on a bad week, or you just simply hate life and anyone who is enjoying it. Seriously dude, cheer up or change jobs, life it soo short!
The rest of the crew is amazing, our 4 year old made good friends with his "buggy man"
Thanks for having us again
Met by a condescending woman at check in.
Supplied a map of park that did not show an exit.
Went to leave for an appointment and unable to find an exit, so used the entry.
Was immediately pulled over by a totaly aggressive Karen who purported to be a manager. Tried to explain situation and showed map. Karen forced to admit exit not marked but still incredibily aggressive.
Got text message later in evening warning of theft and dishonesty in park.
Would not recommend this overpriced caravan park to anyone
Male amenities block out of order, a long walk to the other ones. We weren't advised of this on arrival
Absolutely amazing place even has a residential croc the kids can see at the jetty will go again kids loved it here
We were lucky enough to get a powered site over looking the lake simply beautiful. A nice lake breeze during the day and drops away at night. Given half a chance we'll be back again soon love it
I recently stayed at Kimberleyland for 4 nights as I was in Kununurra for work. I stayed in a cabin which far exceeded my expectations. The cabin was spacious, with a lounge area, comfortable bed and a lovely verandah to sit out on and relax. The staff at Kimberleyland are friendly and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. This isn’t any old caravan park, it’s exceptional with my accomodation being better than many hotels I’ve stayed in. There’s also a cafe onsite that draws all the locals as well as park guests for coffee and breakfast. Great place to stay.
I didn’t think anything could top canoeing in the Katherine Gorge but here we are, watching the sunrise from our room at Kimberleyland. It’s like a movie set!
Large caravan site on the edge of town. We had a cabin, which was well equipped and spacious. Lots of warnings about security, so must have a lot of problems although we did not have any issues.
So very supportive of us when we broke down for a few weeks. Felt like home. Reception staff amazing and so very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much. Thankyou for helping us without question. The surroundings are beautiful as you can see in the photos. Would love to return one day.
Fantastic views, good facilities, friendly and helpful staff.
The Cafe is closed at the moment due to staff shortages.
Would come here for longer next time
Great caravan park and place to chill, especially on the lake. Kununurra has all your needs covered for supplies, repairs, & even fishing, inc.the Ivanhoe Crossing.
Great facilities (cooking, showers etc). We camped in the unpowered section, plenty of space and well signed sites
