Let's kids walk in and swipe other people's orders off the counter without asking for proof of purchase. Not good when in a hurry and delayed because they let people steal

Three times with a car full of hungry kids we had to return to get what we actually ordered without compensating time wasted going back, very poor management, I give not even one star

Absolutely no respect for delivery drivers. Waited 25 mins to pick up an order placed online and I get paid hardly anything for it. Store was not busy do better. So many kids standing around getting nothing done. I asked 3 times where the order was and they said they would get started.absolutely worst experience I’ve had doordashing

I'm not really the type of person to write a review, but today I waited 25 minutes for a meal inside KFC Whitford. I wasn't the only person having experienced extreme wait times either. Service was terrible. Staff and management seemed to be completely disorganised, though suprisingly, they also seemed indifferent to the massive group of people waiting for their meals. It was so bad that people who were arriving to place orders were leaving after staying in line for too long and not being served.

All in all, when I did receive my meal, it was cold and the chips were salted to the point of being inedible. I'm not sure what was going on at KFC today, but if anyone in higher management is reading this, please step in and sort out this mess of a store. I couldn't believe how chaotic it was.

Needed a quick meal. Unfortunately chicken could have been cooked a little longer. Given coleslaw and potato and gravy but no spoons to eat them with. An oversight by staff. Won't be back to this store.

Went in at 2pm for a late lunch.
Pros:
*The food was very fresh and tasty and not crazy spicy how i bought from other KFC locations.
*The staff was very nice and helpful
Cons:
*I waited about 10min for the hot and spicy chicken to be out of the oven.
*All the tables and seats had food crumbs on

Would rate this stole less if it was possible.
Customer service was completely appalling,
Manager wasnt too helpful either, kinda shrugged off when we complained about waiting approx 20 mins for fresh chicken only to receive peices of soggy dismal warm chicken to only be served warm chicken yet again.

Food is okay.but service is terrible.i was waiting nearly an hour for my order.and they were not cooperative or kind when i spoke up about the matter.the zinger bun is stale.and they ran out of tenders and fillets? What kind of chicken of chicken shops runs out of chicken.its only 6pm! Im absolutely outraged by this appalling customer service.

Always a long wait here, and it seems to me personally, the staff are just there to get paid, ordered a twister meal and was quite disappointed with, 1- presentation
2- efficiency
3- amount of sauce and lettuce
4- lack of chicken
And another thing im prepared to let slide because maybe I just thought it, but, pretty sure I ordered large and got regular

Went in to order 2 popcorn go buckets and the two workers there didn’t even bother filling up the buckets. Never coming there again.

Drive thru staff polite & efficient, and almost always with a smile (very different to Beldon). Orders correct. Chicken or fries occasionally a little dry/overdone, but usually good.

Chips are the best part for me, everytime i ask for extra salt, i hardly ever get it. Is it really that hard to salt the chips?

It is what it says on the box, a place that sells Southern Fried Chicken. It was prompt, the order correct, the product as expected. The colonel delivered.

Hate it, they didn’t have the zinger chicken so offered us something else. When we got it, it was cold and disgusting

One of the best KFC's I frequent. To date have not got my order wrong and the chicken is always top tier.

Ordered dinner for 2 had to ask for the coleslaw got NO potato and gravy & NO drinks & only half a large chips

I was very happy how quickly my order was made and ready. It was ready within 3 minutes. I got a free chips and drink after doing a survey and making a small purchase

Fresh food prepared perfectly, as you expect from KFC. Well kept premises and clean and fresh inside.

Very clean inside store always. Fast drivethru service. Happy friendly staff. Food is always freshly cooked.
