Really great service from Josh tonight (13/8)! A really polite, professional and efficient young bloke. We definitely need more people like him in the service industry.

Not bad not good. On the positives I asked for specific pieces to be included and they got that right. On the negatives the person who made up the order was I think a newbie and took forever to get my order ready. The chips ended up needing to be microwaved at home which is a shame cause fresh KFC chips are the goat.

For some reason KFC in Australia really does not taste good. While I tend to like it in US and Europe in Australia it is rather soggy than crispy which seems to be the main problem!

Saxon is the biggest g of all time, he saved a litter of puppies from a burning building and helped my disabled brother order his food

Saxon helped me out at the whitfords KFC and he was an absolute superstar. He could potentially lead the store to 4/5 stars. Give him a raise

Have tried to go to this store twice now. First time their EFTPOS was down. Then today their tills were down. Neither time did they put up a sign or close their drive through. Had to wait in line with everyone else to be told they couldn't serve us.

Got the family burger box last night now my son and I have food poisoning

We had such a lovely customer service experience, a lovely woman named Teisha served me, she was very patient with our double order and went over everything to check it was right! This is the type of experience you all want to have, best kfc customer service out there.highly reccomend

I'm not sure that it is real chicken meat. Maybe I had a piece in my zinger that hadn't thawed properly or wasn't cooked right. It had an unusual texture. The service was pretty good however. The rest is what you'd expect from a corporate franchise. I am just very concerned about the quality of the meat, their main ingredient.

Short changed us. Didn't receive the large fries. Couldn't be bothered returning and dispute. I will check every item in future.

Absolute garbage, forgot my child’s meal, wrong drinks, very soggy chips and luke warm burgers which one was also wrong, highly doubt I will be back

They used to be good but this place has slid downhill quick. Dry chicken which is laughably inedible, messed up orders, long waits. Kingsway KFC will now be my go-to. Adios

Fantastic service, super friendly staff. Germaine was an exceptionally nice manager even when I’d made a mistake and the food was top notch

Manager (Jess) was rather rude when I was overcharged for my meal in the first place surely there in the wrong not the customer they’ve overcharged?
