The young woman named lovely in drive front counter has the best customer service / relation of any staff I have come across there.
You should be very proud of her and she should be proud of himself. We were extremely impressed with her politeness and willingness to help.she also extremely fast, I ordered pretty big order and she handled it really good, all the food were correctly packed.it was really busy but she can manage it.keep up the good work lovely:)

Consistently longer wait at this KFC then others, and unfortunately I have had a few issues with my orders being incorrect in drive thru. My in store experiences have always been fine. Access from carpark or from inside BP

The young lady at the counter (Lovely) was really attentive, polite and friendly. Very fast service even though I ordered a pretty big order and she packed it all herself. I was very impressed as this is the first time Ive received this service. Keep up the good work Lovely and the whole KFC crew!

Don’t say you’re open till 10pm and be closed by 945 - lost me!

Awful place. Girl at the counter had the worst attitude as though I the customer was a burden she just didn't need. Very impatient as well as she kept trying to hurry us up to place our order even though it was 3.30 in the afternoon and there was nobody else in the shop. The food was cold the drinks were warm and when we asked for salt to put on our food they said they didn't have any! No soap in the men's bathroom either. Stay away. You've been warned.

Poor service and this time only had to wait 15minutes last time 25-30 minutes and you hope you get everything you order won't be going to spearwood one again if any of them kfc used to be a place that you could count on not no more

Really slow, chips were cold, no napkins in the bag, I had to ask for my drink. I know it's only KFC, but it was not a good experience.

No salt in the chips, The wrap bread was so cold barely any sauce in the wrap even tho I asked them for extra sauce no straw for the drink, very disappointed never will go again.

Worst kfc staff takling rubbish smong themselves in other languages staff got filthy dress and wearing stuff over the uniform floor area full with food leftover n rubbish toilets filthy n no hand wash liquid staff hygiene terrible need hair cut n shave n customer service pathetic never ask for dine in or take away ir ask for cups plates no spoon or napkins given had to ask would never ho there n not recommended

They don’t give you the right amount of chicken and I got chicken on Tuesday and it smelt like cigarettes!

Really long wait times, rolls are often stale, hot & spicy mix is the worst ever (they could at least get that right), the only good thing is the mashies

The manager served me, all was good until the end when she interuped me as I was talking just to serve the next customer then tried to tell me to move out if the way for them. I was shocked and upset. Tuesday 2/1/2018 at lunch time. There was no other customers apart from him so I into know why she was rushing me and not letting me say thanks.

They're consistently awful. Noticed the staff tonight flirting with each other and touching each other with the blue gloves on to then go back to preparing food with the SAME blue gloves on. Absolutely awful restaurant, avoid at all costs, I couldn't finish my meal as the lettuce was microwaved and the chicken was crusty little lumps of god knows what.

Nice taste, good and quick service. But low quality of cleanliness. The tray wasn't clean and had an insect on it.
