WORST KFC EVER. Ordered snackbox, portion was only half compared to other stores. Rude manager, untrained staff

Takeaway dinner for tonight being busy all day and not feeling the love of cooking tonight, so a cheat night tonight. Not something we do often, so it was enjoyed.

I was the only one in, they didn’t even look at me for 10mins and then said yep. I mean what have happened to the kids of today

In store is fine, but would not recommend getting delivery. I've tried ordering from this store many times, and I never get the correct order.

Staff so slow and couldn't care less. Took 10 min to place order and was not even busy. Then 20 min to receive food. Pathetic

Had a really bad experience at this KFC all my chips was thrown in the bag as in all 3 medium chips was out of the boxes loosely tossed into the bag, had to go back and when I spoke to management he asked if I wanted a refund I said would be great, but then he asked me if I still wanted the meal? Obviously! Otherwise why would I go there, however he wasted my time and effort only offered to redo the meal but not good enough, if you want a customer to return you either pay them back for poor service or at least offer them something in return for again a extra 15min of my time.
Not impressed with management, I work in customer service this is not good at all.

I used to work for KFC and was top score in customer service and offered my own franchise.
I have never been so disappointed in the customer service that I keep receiving.
Products not given, food requested not checked. And not received.
Spearwood store keeps disappointing

Didn't taste like kfc. The only thing that was good was the coleslaw. Potato and gravy tasted weird. Chips where stale and cold. Chicken was dry and the skin which is my favourite of kfc didn't taste right. Not happy

Fortunately, I really don't want to report, but also you I have the so sad experience yesterday. When I go to the shop by the dinner on my mobile APP. And when I walked into the shop the Young man replace the rubbish bag. When he took the screen and tried to package my dinner before he didn't wash the hand. And also, he didn't put the Tissue and Source for me. Also he very kind. And very nice have the good communicate with the client, but also I'm still sad.

I just went their and the staff at the drive was saying to another that they hate what the customer orders.

Should probably tell people before or when they're ordering that the meal you want is missing items instead having them sit in drive thru for 15 min and not getting what they want absolutely pathetic

So I went to KFC ordered an ultimate box and got an extra thing in there a long piece of black hair but they don't answer the phone this is one of the worst fast food outlets they don't practice in hygiene.

Was told I would have to wait 15 minutes for my order of chicken when I got to the window, waiting wasn't mentioned when I paid for or placed the order, but where I was to pick it up. I Was asked to park and wait on the car park, not a chance turned my car off and sat and waited 21 minutes exactly for my order.
Disgusting service no apologies, held up at least 10 customers behind me, need a new manager, chicken was hot and perfect

Got the order wrong, no Spud n gravy, salad that was miniscule and at least a day old, and chips for 3 that weren't ordered. Plus the nuggets were soft n soggy. Yuck!

Please please please clean your toilets.they are one of the most disgusting ones I've seen in a long time.didn't feel like eating much after being there

DoorDash system not working so can’t order using the KFC app also zinger burger was dry with no sauce terrible KFC! Standards have dropped over the years just like the sign!

I rarely make the effort to write poor reviews but this one is deserved.

We are not frequent customers and probably make an order an average of once every 3 months. The last two times I've ordered a large family feast, one piece of chicken has been missing. I don't bother to call the store or complain, I just kick myself each time as I know I should check.

I ordered again this week, and made sure I physically went into the store to collect the order. The six year olds behind the counter offer no warmth and look like they don't want to be there. Not a big deal, but it's nice to see a smile. I ordered a large family feast and an extra meal, with 3x sweet and sour sauce - because the kids like tomato.

When the order arrived (in reasonable time I might add) I took it over to the table and proceeded to take everything out and count it. I noticed one of the staff look at me like I had a foot growing out of my face somewhere. Undeterred, I continued to count to my satisfaction.

Happily all the chicken and chips were there, so quickly I pack it all back whilst it's hot, tip my hat and march out making my way home.only to find upon my arrival the bloody sauces were missing.

I kick myself again.but this time I leave a review.

Don't buy unless you like paying for things you don't receive.

The first time i went here was with my mother and she got me a frozen solo.it was too dry.it was absolutely NOT frozen.i just wanted to meet elsa.this place is ugly! 1

Floor was so dirty, I couldn’t help myself wondering what the kitchen would look like.
Coleslaw salad was frozen. Not edible.
Undercooked chips. Awful

The worst KFC ever. There were many feathers in chicken. So disgusting.may be I will never go to KFC again.
