KFC Rockingham Beach

Always have the best service there. Food is fresh, chips never soggy. Drive thru time is quick.

Very unfriendly service from the person who took my order. Multiple parts of the order was missing.

Second time I’ve been here in a couple of weeks and they have been out of everything besides chips and pop corn chicken.

Staff friendly but time and time again missed items that were ordered. Spoke with the manager and pffft won't be going back again.

Ordered 2x 3pc feed deals and upgrade 1 for my partner when getting home there was no chips rang the store 4 times no answer are kidding me who forget the chips
Unbelievable and this is why i rarely do fast food

All good been there a few times now just check your order they cant count but they gave me a whole new order an they didnt charge me plus gave me my old one to. All because of 2 chicken was missing lol

The service was too slow, only three people out back and one person at front, would of have been quicker if I went on menulog

I am absolutely shocked at how long It took to get served and to get my 1 item. The staff looked like they were stoned because they had no energy at all when it came to productivity and customer service. Nearly every KFC is like this in Perth and this is by far the absolute worse. Even a simple “cya have a nice day! ” And a smile would atleast be nice. Or an apology for the long wait. Disappointed again.

Slow service 17 mins from when we ordered at front counter before we got our order and order was wrong from what I payed for got it changed to my real order

Went to place an order for a special and the app wouldn't take the order. Went in and asked for the special at the counter and they said they have no control over the app but agreed they were the right store but couldn't honor it. SCAMMED!

The food is always fresh and hot but unless I specifically ask for the dipping sauces I'm supposed to receive I don't get any. That's my only problem with this place. The staff are always friendly and the food is usually ready within a reasonable time frame. I would recommend this KFC if that's what you feel like.

Ordered a wrap and they forgot the chicken.the main ingredient, also forgot a slider from one of the boxes, very disapointed

Partner came home with half an order when purchasing a family feast - (they were not busy as there was only 1 car in front of him being served) started dishing up when we relised what was missing but had to feed kids as they were starving, so I tried numerous times to call the store but there was no answer, no answering machine to leave a message to let them know. Customer service is quiet poor when this happens especially when you can not contact the store manager.

Order chicken burger with order, got home and there was no burger.service extremely slow and manager was mia.not good enough.staff concentrated on drive through.

Well seeing I only went there to use the toilet facilities (and didn't buy anything) before going to the market across the road. But you really wanted to know, so there you have it

Why is the chicken so dry, the batter inedible and hard/dry. They used to have lovely chicken here. We went to Kentucky, Lakelands and their chicken was juicy, fresh and great, the way it should be. Next time we will be bringing it back and asking for a refund.
