KFC Rockingham Beach

Delicious chicken. Unlike other KFC locations, their oil is clean. Golden brown chicken is served. Reminded me of the KFC from Nz. Keep up the excellent work.

Excellent service my delivery got brought to the right house and gave me my food when I showed up there free of charge

Quentin bright told me to ask for the tricky chicken meal off the secret menu the drve thru only special and i was definitely not dissapointed omg it was amazing

Too slow and they seems like don't care and they go even slower and chitty chatty at the kitchen laughing while there's a long queue waiting for order. How is so called "FAST FOOD" restaurant and waited for more 30min? So ridiculous

Service was brilliant as I am not a regular fast food buyer and the young girl who served me couldn't have been any more helpful than she was. Helped to point me in the direction to get the best value for money. Was very impressed.

My favourite KFC is usually Rockingham but my 5 tender combo today were served with these chips so disappointed small chips and ate about 6 looks like they picked all the bad ones they could find to put in mine

Shocking. Been there multiple times and always forget things. Re edited on 9th October 2022. Still the same forgot multiple items. No improvement here.

For lunch it was greasy minute burger, minute chicken piece and $27.80 for an utimate box and a ten pack of nuggetts which were cold

They are usually spot on with orders here now, burgers are almost always good, just be weary of peak hour times as food quality can suffer.

What a disgusting shop dirty food scraps all over the place and it seems the staff cant be bothered. Never again.

Disappointed
Tables and floors were messy and disgusting, apparently mess made by visitors of young age.

Disrespectful indeed.
But it tells me Management on day shift that was on today not taking into account with monitoring visitors who stay and dine In.

What are the cameras for anyway?

Untidy dinning areas, and filthy toilets obviously constantly neglected with the mess left unattended in a large dinning area.

Don't forget in and eat there because you'd be like me and complain to management their was no where to sit down at the family dinning tables.

Management of KFC Headquarters need to go undercover and check out the bad reputation Rockingham have

I did ask to talk to the manager?
Quietly suggested the state of the tables, chairs, floors, and toilets.

Manager: Shockingly she walked out to find a mess, and cleaned it up with the help of a male staff.

Could not understand the young workers the order gad items missing and the chips were old and stale.better to try red roster or another kfc branch

It's okay most of the time, they tend to get careless when they're busy or it's late and don't wipe tables down often.

Friendly and helpful staff! They prioritise orders here unlike stories in Baldivis and Warnbro!

I just don't know what goes!
Got Friday dinner home, only to find my zinger burger was absent. Drove back to the store, and complained to the manager. To be fair, she DID give me the whole order again. It's a pity that it was very poor, though. None of the order was any good, which happens all too often, and mistakes are becoming the norm.
They need to improve, or they're likely to lose business

I can understand them having run out of zinger burgers patties at 9: 30 at night, no problem there. What I cannot understand (and really hate as there is no excuse for poor communication) is this fact not being relayed to the poor sap taking the order. Nor can I understand why, when given the "choice" of the mediocre at best fillet burger, I was met with stunned astonishment at refusing such a bland substitute, and was witness to minions running around like ants who's queen had been killed, as if no one had ever asked for a refund before.

They had some technical problem that resulted in a 20 minute wait for the drive through their inability to find a work around was less than ideal

You get to the drive through pick up windows where they tell you there's a 10 minute wait on the chicken and can you park and wait. 40 minutes later you're having to go inside the store to get your order after every other car and walk in after you have been served first. Order was only for chicken and chips. WORST KFC EVER!

Order was taken without enough supply, I had to change my order and wait for 1/2 hour. Lots of mistakes. I was not offered any other option despite of being so frustrated.
