KFC Mandurah

3rd time in a row had issues with the staff not serving us or ignoring us, placed an order through the KFC app and they didn't even accept the order and still made us wait atleast 20-30 mins for our meal which should have already been ready for pick up. Disappointed as usual unfortunately.

Ordered food online for my parents, myself and my 2 kids, when we arrived food still wasn't ready after a 15min trip, none of the staff seemed to know what they were doing and looking through the window at the drive through I could see food all over the floor of the shop. Received order and travelled to my parents house less than 10mins drive away, food wasnt even average! The tenders in the meal were tiny and tasteless, the chips had no seasoning and werent even warm, my father's bacon burger was Mediocre and not one of our drinks were cold, not to mention everything was piled into one bag and squashed! As my mother said "we won't be having that again" and I agree. Every time I order the food at KFC in Mandurah I am disappointed by the food and this will be the last time for me. Don't order to eat from here, it's not worth your time or money.

Twice have ordered through Menulog from here, both times missing items. Tried calling numerous times but no body answers. Shame because when you order inside the food is great.

Chips were UNDERCOOKED AND COLD. Like a Child had made them.

When trying to call KFC the call went straight to Message Bank, left number but no return call.

Unfortunately can't have no stars, they ALWAYS mess up the orders and NEVER answer there phone! Basically never going here AGAIN

I thought I would spoil the grandchildren last night, so I bought a family feast bucket costing approx $32.00. I got the feast home and was bitterly disappointed as were the grandees. I am sure the chicken had been re-fried to warm it up again. The crumbs were like rocks, unable to bite through them, overcooked and the chicken was so dry. Not one of the kids were able to eat a full piece of chicken. I rang the store, copped a message bank, so left my number for them to ring back, but you guessed it, No Reply. You have got me twice now, but never, ever again.

Staff are verry RUDE. I ask them to please wear gloves working with my order especially with the COVERT 19 situation and was treated verry badly.

Got home minus half my chicken and they don't answer phone.

Went to KFC again today once again screwed my order i ordered hot and spicy. Got none! What!

Would have to be the worst KFC that I've been to in Australia. Every order is either wrong or when you finally get your food it's cold!

Disgusting customer service. Easily the worst KFC Ive been too. I spent over half an hour in the drive through. Once I finally got to receive my meal. I was told AFTER I paid and waited for 30 mins that there was no wings. Understandable it happens. But when I went to ask why my order was taken in the first place (I would have left and went else where and saved a lot of time if I knew) I was given my money back and had the window closed in my face. No answer no apology just a window closed in my face rudely. I understand we all have bad days but that was onestly one of the rudest encounters Ive come across with any restaurant. I definitely won't be back

Went to the restaurant. 9: 35 pm sat in line after 3 cars. When I finally got to the drive through speaker. Get told that there is no more chicken and they close at 10 pm. Could not believe this on New Years Eve. Worst place. I would never recommend this KFC to anyone. Not the first time service was really poor

Wow I've never seen such poor service from a major food chain. In 1 and a half weeks I've been there twice both times you could have gone to the north pole and back and still would have to wait. They always can't make something on the menu becuase they've run out of a bunch of things. It would be better if they were shut down.

This shop continually has no food.
Tonight there was a heap of cars qued up in the drive through and all they had was popcorn chicken and chips.
Its literally all the time.
The owners must be so stingy.
Literally get stick in the drive through for 10 minutes or more while they make your food aswell.
Your better off going somewhere else

After waiting 5mins and 3 poeple serving drive through. I walk out to hungry jacks.
Before I left I heard one girl ask the other.
Have you served, she replied no they continued serving drive through.

I don't eat this food often but when i do I would at least like to get what I ordered instead of noticing the wrong wraps in the receipt, asking the clerk about it and having them tell me its fine, its not sweet chilli, twice! Then we get home and start to eat and SURPRISE.sweet chilli twister instead of original.ffs! NOT HAPPY

Average wait time to be served - 12 minutes, average time from service to delivery of food - 9 minutes. No smile from CSO. No Potato and Gravy in $42.95 meal. Really not a good sign when the CSOs don't want to work.

Not good, ordered zinger and ultimate box and not in good taste, dry and not even the taste of potato gracy is not good anynore

Good location but the access has become harder with the forum expansion.may be time for a refit of the store its starting to get run down. Staff always friendly, suspect they may get understaffed during peak times though.

Went in at 11.30am and had run out of 'hot n spicy' that's ok I'll have a 10 piece family feast original please! Got my kfc home and 8 drumsticks, yes 8 outta 10 were drumsticks.not good enough

The route to access the restaurant can be a bit tricky but there's usually plenty of parking nearby.
I found the newly renovated furniture to be a bit on the short side and slightly uncomfortable, other than that the service was good.
