I ordered a boxed meal through doordash and upon arrival, I find several hairs cooked into the wicked wings, absolutely disgusted.

Not once have I received my correct order. Chips and chicken are always undercooked, bones in burger, drinks are warm and very poor time management. Run by a bunch of young kids that clearly arnt sufficiently trained

1st and last time customer. Drive through service woeful. Chips cold, sloppy and no salt. The lad mumbled and looked liked he'd rather be anywhere else. Not friendly and barely polite. Doesn't deserve a job. Forgot to give us our drinks.

Pleasant service, gave the young boy alot of coins to pay for my meal. What a pleasant, patient, well mannered young man

Just ordered a boxed meal and no wipes or napkins or cutlery.what do they expect to push our fingers into the gravy and lick it? And say it’s finger lickin good? !

Waited along to be served just about all kfc I been very slow in serving customers

I wish I could give this restaurant 0 stars. I have never once received every item from my order, something or multiple things are always missing. The chips are always cold, dry and saltless and the drinks are usually warm.

Sadly this is my local KFC, the day they get the order correct is the day I will eat my hat. Burgers could also use a bit of patience when put together.: Re reviewing this 2 months later if I could do negative stars I would. I’ve ordered 4 times since the first review, every single time they have missed items in my order. Honestly a disgrace of a restaurant.

Twice in the month I have had issues with my orders ranging from not having my burger customised how I asked to having my burger completely missing.

The you lady on tonight I think the manager, excelled at customer recovery.
I was originally very angry due to my box being thrown together and the chicken crumbs and chips not being cooked. She was so polite and quite fast, she was understanding and knew how to fix the issue, went above and beyond.

Very unprofessional, staff was very loud and rude.food comes very dry and cold, very dirty surroundings food is left alone uncovered. No one is wearing gloves or hair nets. Never coming here again if I could give 0 stars I would.

The worst kfc. They can't even pack the poorly prepared burgers or twisters. Food is always falling out of wrappers and squashed in the bag.

Greasy fat small pieces and a long wait. Think of other alternatives such as a lamb shank at the cooks kitchen. Much cheaper and more healthier.

In store - Ordered a family feast, the ten pieces consisted of five thighs, three drumsticks, one wing and one breast. There was a mountain of chips in the warmer, Chips weren’t fresh and were raw, gravy was a big glug that didn’t move in the container. Person before me had complained about something she was not happy about and when she left the store the staff had a laugh about her. I called the store when we got home and left a message, have not had a return call.
Worst KFC I have ever had. Very disappointed

Ordered FAMILY FEAST with half Spicy and half original for the chicken, but came up all original. Chicken was very oily like plenty of oil dripped in the box. Not even hot just warm nearly cold. Oh well I've should learn from my past experiences from this KFC BRANCH. Chips was just warm, I think it was setting for awhile there. Not a happy customer here. Thought they serve freshly cook foods. Very disappointed.

Absolutely the best store in town. Cooking has been consistent for as long as I can remember and the staff are always smiling.

Food was cold made like scrapped together not very fast even though busy waited 15 mins after serving one order gave us other order way later food was not very well presented or tasty

I went there sunday arvo and was so quite, only 3 of us waiting but my order takes ages. Very hot and humid inside not sure if they switch on their air-condition or broken. Was very dirty and dusty

Best KFC store I've been to so far. The chicken is consistent and the staff are always so pleasant. Will come back for sure.
