You guys are doing great job keep it up the best KFC around as per 01/05/2020 around 9pm received the best customer service

When we went through drive thru, the food took a very long time and the burgers were very average and the chicken was bad. The employees got our order mixed up and wasn't wearing gloves when touching our food and drinks.

Went through drive thru, staff first got the order wrong and only realised when I asked where my upsized drink was after I paid for it.

Then I got home only to find most of my kids order missing and one shaker salad half empty. So I was a hit with the family all at full price.

Didn't get food poisoning, so that's worth one star I guess.

Had 4 wraps, they were all room temperature, half of them had stale tortillas. Had obviously been sitting for over an hour. Also had a large chips, which was half filled and were cold, soggy, unsalted and unpleasant. Only good items was the mash & gravy. Shouldn't have to request non-disgusting food.

There has not been a single time I have visited this KFC without my order being messed up, there is ALWAYS something missing without fail. The other day there was a young lad waiting for half an hour, and was given a 'large chips' to compensate for his 30 min wait, in which his lunch break had already finished. On that day the store was being run by a miserably incompetent 24 year old manager and a group of children no older than 16-17. This store needs to be either shut down or given a completely new management team + staff full stop.

As per normal complete fail! 5.40pm Out of Original Chicken for 10 minutes and appalling customer service. It's dinner time people!
Never get good device here and they are always running out of some thing.

I think it’s because I usually go on Sundays when I assume they don’t want to spend too much money on hiring people due to penalty rates; but it seems to be run by very young teenagers without an older figure guiding/coordinating them. This leads to extremely long wait times (30+ minutes once) and quite mediocre food.

This KFC is hands down the absolute worst I have ever been to. It is unfortunately my local, and for the last SIX consecutive times that I have visited, there has been something wrong with my order. Items have been left out, food comes out looking like a dog's breakfast, or boxes of chips coming out half empty. I once came in to come complain about the half empty box, they took it to fill it and put it back in the bag, and when I returned to my car, found out it was STILL not a full chips. The management here is deplorable. There is no compensation for the time or inconvenience. The wait here is regularly over 15-20 minutes for simple orders, and you simply cannot leave without checking your bag seeing as orders are always being messed up.

I like crunchy. KFC choices are good to let your palette linger on the oily fries. I go there mainly for the fries and a drink. What you find in this shop is fine. There are sufficent seating facilities for a couple or more families. They offer all the standard KFC items that we love. Close to the shopping centre and bus stops.

The place is so dirty. Especially the floor, it was sticky.looks like it hasn’t been cleaned for ages.

Our favourite store for the best KFC hot-n-spicy. Not too spicy and Not dry. Chips are almost always fresh. It's fast food. Always busy around innaloo area but they still work hard so you don't have to wait that long.

Worst KFC you can ever be, starting for the entrance, always dirty, chicken over oiled, toilet never has soup, probably the owner don’t have time to take care of this unit.

I ordered the food today and im so sick rn. Think theyve served me rotten or spoilt food. The chips were already cold. I asked them to give me fresh chips. They did serve me fresh chips but i think there was something wrong woth the burger. I cant eat anything now. Threw back like 3 times and feeling ill atm.

Very slow service. Very messy. Bags of rubbish left in entrance way. Dont feel welcome.

I always order online through their app. The serving time is pretty quick. Always check your order as the item (s) can be missed. I ordered mineral water and had to back to drive thru, and waited again to get water. Don't know whether they were too busy or they even didn't have the standard of final check before give to customer.

Bad service through drive thru.asked for plain gravy instead or potato gravy.super charger sauce on burger.missed these two.it happen to me 3 times in a month.really bad.

I said no wings the guy who took my order said "Yeah". Came home and find my order with a wing and some frozen tenders.

Place is quite dirty with bins overflowing at times, I got wicked wings last night and fries, got home and the wicked wings were dry and didn’t taste to great which led to me having a sleepless night with severe stomach cramps so suffice to say I won’t go back there, sorry!

Horrible Service. Make customers “park up, out the front” from drive through.but where out front? There are no designated bays. Just 80+ parking bays infront. I had to eventually go inside to get my food. Making a drive thru useless and my food cold. Also, dont dare use the toilets.they look and smell as though they have not been cleaned for months. My advice is find another store. Its worth the extra drive to not waste your time or worry about getting sick from a dirty facility.
