I purchased an 8 dollar for 8 wings pack and expected 8 wings like advertised. However, I opened the box to see only 6. This is not the first time it has happened, it has happened 3 TIMES. I am extremely disappointed and expected better. I hope the store manager contacts me and takes this into consideration.

Terrible service. After being asked to wait in the car park for our order our order was delivered to us missing our burger. We were then served by an argumentative junior that refused to acknowledge the mistake. She was rude and undeniably wrong. There was no burger. We had to argue to receive what we paid for.

I have never seen a KFC this dirty in my entire life, in any country. If I posted a photo of the men’s toilet here, I guarantee you would puke your guts out. Only do takeaway!

Appears to have a chicken salt shortage as they hardly put any chicken salt on the chips. Chicken salad was okay.

The customer service was appalling, the cashier was more focused on his two friends, and the food had no flavour at all.

Chicken was dry and hard. Maybe because of the busy time, tables were messy, full of rubbish.

25 min in drive thru line.blocking traffic leaving car park. Very matter of fact order taker (with no apology for taking so long) Finally get food and no thank you from them. Chips are salty as Fk, and the Zinger burger chicken was small very dry and lacked chicken. Avoid this place, better off going up the road to the other KFC

Just waited 45mins stuck in drive through. No food, chips popcorn chicken only.
Popcorn chicken was just the burn ends, chips frozen inside and they forgot to give us the gravy we asked for.
This place is a joke.
The manager needs to get the sack forcing staff to keep open until the last piece of chicken is done while people are trapped in a damn queue that long.
If this was anywhere else in the work I know ppl getting violent over this level of ignorant incompetence.

In the middle of Innaloo, or should I say, in a loo, sits KFC. I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed with the speed of the service here. The spicy marinade on the chicken patty was delicious, and the lettuce and cheese added the perfect amount of crunch and creaminess.

I also appreciated the convenience of KFC's drive-thru service, as well as the friendly staff who took my order and made sure everything was correct.

Overall, I would give KFC a strong 4.5 stars. The Zinger burger is a must-try, and the convenient location and quick service make it a great option for a quick meal on the go.

Spent $30 on a meal. As I get my meal I ask for 1 tomato sauce. The lady says it's 50c. No worries but then I can't pay by card. Didn't get a sauce. Customer service is non existent. Won't be back

Went to get dinner about 7pm this evening and ordered 10 pieced zinger wing reg combo and 5 piece tender combo with 3 extra dips and 2 chocolate desserts. Got home and I had 2 reg chips, my dips, drinks and a burger box meal.tried calling 14times and could not get through or leave a message.terrible. I usually check my food before I leave, but was in such a hurry after work that I just rushed home thinking it wasn't such a complicated order.but nope.all wrong.and still cannot get through to the innaloo store.

I’m so disappointed, not only did they replace my popcorn chicken with nuggets, they also gave me such a small amount of chips - i was paying more money and got ripped off.cmon guys it’s literally kfc - kentucky fried chicken how are you running out of chicken bro.let’s not forget you only gave us 2 sauces and they were horrid flavours.

Extremely rude drive through experience. Couldn't understand a word the server said and he made me repeat myself serveral times. Next window the server forced my order into my hands without saying anything then slammed the window. Not even a "have a nice day" don't think she could even speak English? Food was worse!

Absolutely hopeless, cant get an order right, yet alone the food they supplied being wrong, was old, stale and over priced as well. Gace them a few tries, not once worth the time. Never again

I work here. Do not get mashed potato. It is instant mash potato and it is disgusting. The chicken is actually kinda nice.
