KFC Baldivis

Went there with a large group for a meal. The toilets were locked so the kids couldn't use them. The bins were overflowing with garbage and tables weren't clean as well. And to top it all off they couldn't even get the orders correct.would not go back to baldivis KfC again. Discussing.

Absolute worst kfc to go to. Waited over an hour forgot half my order and all they had to say was sorry absolute gronks

Took us more than 1hr to get our food while slow working staff members were laughing and chatting to each other.

Just got lunch here and the young man serving at the counter was fantastic so polite he offered us cups and plates being served by him was a lovely experience. The food was also lovely and fresh. 2nd may 22

Never really had a problem with these guys, my only issue i have sometimes is my large chips are given to me half full. I think they've forgotten 1 of my meals in the amount of times i've been and they replaced it anyway

Payed for hot and Spicey family feast
30 minute drive home, had horrible tasting origina chicken, l the dog enjoyed his read

Worst KFC in Perth. I can't actually believe someone is paying those people to work there. Absolutely useless.

KFC Baldivis is usually clean and tidy. The quality of the food is fine and they generally get your order correct. In store can be a bit hectic as the Uber Eats, Menu Log and Door Dash drivers pile in and hang around the counter pressuring staff for their orders and yelling down their phones to God knows who. The drive thru can also be somewhat tedious with wait times. Overall, the Colonel would be satisfied with this outlet. 4 stars.

We ordered through the KFC app and food never even got delivered. The store said it was never ordered lol the thieves took my money ($50.85) and now I'm trying to get it back.

I work here and chicken is always great, customers are mostly always friendly and stuff always gets the work done

Worst KFC ever! Have been there three times and each time I have been given old dry chicken pieces. I even ordered a bucket of 21 pieces and they gave it to me in a box that is for 6 pieces. I got 9 wings in that so called bucket, 2 legs and 1 breast piece the rest was just rubish pieces. Never again!

Chicken was nice but chips was cold and died. Bought through drive-thru and drove straight to freeway otherwise went back for swap.

Always a long wait on food, any changes to the order are always ignored and often run out of certain bits of chicken. Not sure whats so hard.

The restaurant itself is super clean every time we go their BUT I feel they need a little more work.our chips are never cooked propley and even tho they have never got my order wrong its never taste fresh.sorry KFC

The food at KFC Baldivis is always fresh and very tasty. Got great service and a friendly smile too!

The service is terrible. Waiting 10 minutes to order while looking at the staff stare at me knowing I'm waiting to order and still not being served. Then when i do finally order and get my food it's nearly always made wrong or I'm given a completely different meal and the only time it's correct is when I make them check before they hand me my food. Truly terrible service

Ordered a burger box asked 2 x zingers and 2x original burgers and got 4 original rang up to complain got no apologies or anything absolutely disgusted burgers were cold and old! Wont be ordering from baldivis KFC again absolutely pathetic

Service was good and quick, was really surprised how fast they had got my Giant Feast for the family ready. But I found this plastic thing stuck to the bottom of a piece of chicken at the bottom of the box.

Never really had nice chicken here.chicken can be very dry.we don't go here anymore as happened to many times of late.

Nuggets were soggy, not fresh. Chicken in fillet burger was very chewy bread tasted old. Chips were good, so i pretty much paid $15 for good chips. Will pass on this KFC in future.
