KFC Baldivis

Service is fast but usually missing some parts of order,
i have faced couple of times of that issue.

I order in drive thru. Got home and I didn’t get my order right, didn’t get my sauce as well but the stuff is so nice. As a customer and paying for my meal I should be getting a right order that I order it.

Absolute embarrassment of an establishment

Had a replacement to pickup after being away for 2 weeks working away.

Went through drive through tonight and had a lady named Stephany talk down and was unprofessional, said the replacement had been arleady used. Which is impossible as I was away for 2 weeks

Wouldn't recommend this KFC at all.

The big girl lady who works there needs to be ashamed of herself

Went here tonight and had to wait 30-45 mins in drive-thru and they forgot my potato and gravy and put mayo on the 2 burgers i asked for no mayo, I asked the lady if two have no mayo and they said “Yep”. Brought the food home for my 2 sons burgers with mayo on it when they asked for no mayo. Absolute useless staff.

Had food delivered at night which is understandable closing and they used different type of chicken for my burger but a wicked wing really? And I payed for a large fries there is no fries at all

Run out of chicken on a regular basis and when do have chicken have waited up to 30min+ for it to be cooked only to be told after paying for my order. Front of shop looked after by kids while the manager hides out the back. I don't blame the kids for bad service, lack of service starts with the manager.

Wish to confirm my sins. I recently stole a kfc bucket. May I return it? I feel very guilty

If I could give them negative 2 stars I would.
Girl at front firstly over charged us. Then the manager came out to rectify, which was good.
Then gave us the wrong meal not even close.
No smiles or hellos. Very rude and will not go back. Will definitely be spreading the word as this has happened more than once.
Pick up your game

Placed an order on the mobile app - subpar experience at best, very difficult to navigate on the fly. It's apparent that the choices on the app menu do not corrolate with the actual choices on the menu. Use at your own risk.

The burger - arguably the most important and hardest to forget part of the meal - was omitted.

The location of KFC is dreadful, they haven't bothered to cater for such a large suburb. I would recommend avoiding this establishment and simply ordering from Red Rooster, which has offered a much better experience.

Kfc is one of our families favourite meals. So many times coming too the baldivis store we are told they have no hot and spicy chicken, or is half an hr wait. I understand they get busy and get low on cooked food, but maybe they need to manage their time and preparation better. I don't really blame all the young staff but I think the management staff need to pick up their game. 2 stars for kfc baldivis

I received amazing customer service today at around 12pm from a young lady and young man in the Baldivis drive thru. Keep up the great service, it made my day ️ and our meals were delicious and fresh. 10/10 thank you

I pursued a family feast half/half on Sunday the 8/1/23 around 4: 30 pm at KFC Lemming. The chicken was extremely dry & not edible, if I hadn’t been so far away I would have gone back, this happens far to often. I won’t be buying kfc again. Iam done.

Worst KFC meal. The chicken was floating in grease. The chips were completely dried out. There's no excuse for serving up rubbish like this as I was the only customer.

Received half full chips, no fried chicken, wrong sauce on burger and all food was cold and soggy.

They NEVER get the orders right, always missing orders regardless of being delivered or going into the store

Just waited 39 minutes in drive through to get only of 3 available meals.
Couldn't go back as 5 cars behind me.
Store manager very rude and disrespectful.

Food service was ok but then asked if was hot n Spicey to get home open it up and it’s original that looks like it been on the. Shelf for a while no batter on half the chicken and all oily, just the look of it makes you feel sick feels like they robbing you for what you paid for and didn’t receive not the first time this happened. Management needs to step up

Are you kidding me? My three piece chicken you give me this？ I was speechless, there were not many people today.

Always a great feed. Especially if you haven't had it in a while.
Friendly staff

25 minute wait for food and I walked out. Some customers had been waiting 45 mins! It’s fast food, it should be done within 5 mins. Their was food stacked to the top in the warmers absolutely spilling over and yet the wait times in the restaurant and purchased online we’re ridiculously long. The floor was disgusting with food everywhere and spillage, the staff member at the counter only started her shift and was very lovely and apologetic but couldn’t even give a wait time.
