KFC Atwell

Not sure what's going on with this outlet. Ordered a zinger bacon and cheese combo, but came without a chicken piece. I had to go back after driving away for 5mins and got a replacement burger without the lettuce (apparently they have run out). Neither the checkout girl or the guy on the second window didn't even apologized. Last time I'm trying out KFC or go to this place.

Ordered a zinger box & the crew must've forgotten the 7 herbs & spices cause all i tasted was flour. The chips were yummy though.

Ordered online and they gave us less chicken than we paid for, the chips had no salt (asked for extra) and disregarded our sauce choices. What’s the point in paying my money to get ripped off.

It's good however make sure you check your order as I find from time to time you don't get everything you have ordered.

The most worse kfc I have ever tasted it was dry and the chips where that salt they gave me a headache, never again.

The worst feed I have been presented with thus far from this restaurant. Usually the food is fresh, unfortunately tonights food appeared days old and was uneatable. The zinger fillets in the zinger stacker burger were thin, dark brown in colour, hard and dry in texture. The wicked wings were a dark dirty brown looking colour and tasted as though they were cooked in dirty oil.
Extremely dissapointing. Might have been enough to put me off KFC for good.

Thanks for charging me extra for a burger box for me not receive any wicked wings or compensation if its unavailable. Also, i was the only one in line and it took way too long.

Not sure what's going on with this KFC recently. Picked up orders but not only maxicup popcorn only 80% full, missing 2 chicken tenders. Called and the manager who quickly give the replacement for the next visit.

Went to get the replacement meal today, while waiting for the order, a customer returned to the pickup counter complaining about missing chips. We started to feel better knowing others are affected.

I watched the staff prepared our replacement meal, and to our surprise handed us without the popcorn chicken. I kindly reminded her about the forgotten item.

Went back, and found the bun was dried, pissible not fresh. The manager was not a happy staff either. Hopefully whatever the problem they have there is fixed soon. Otherwise last 2 visits had been unpleasant.

KFC defeats the purpose of Fast Food by making customers wait for 20 mins. Look at the Zinger stacker (the worst possible way of packing a burger) and the WORST bit was the COLD SUPERCHARGER WRAP. Appalling is the word that comes to my mind. Do not cheat customers like this. KFC either change or be prepared to lose customers. Icing on the cake: RAW CHICKEN IN ZINGER STACKER. APPALLING!

KFCs food is AF goddess I love KFC and it gets everyone to be quiet! It is really finger licking good!

KFC is not normally on my radar but the Grandson wanted Chicken nuggets and a brown juice (Pepsi slushy) so it was KFC for lunch. Pleasantly surprised! Very tasty and not an ounce of grease!

Like any other KFC venue. More modern than others, but provides more or less the same type of service.

The only downside to this franchise is the location. There is only one point of access from the main road (i.e. Armadale Road, east bound only) and one from the rear (i.e. Knock Place), which makes it difficult to enter and exit at times, but it isn't the worst in the state. Hopefully the road works in the area makes entering and exiting a bit more convenient and easier so I don't have to drive an extended loop just to get my share of KFC. This has nothing to do with the quality of KFC and its people.

Their hot and spicy chicken also don't have patches of flour in its skin/coating unlike other franchises as well, which is something to point out as well.

Third time I've pulled in for a quick drive-thru snack only to be served chips that are so over-salted I wasn't able to eat more than three or four before wanting to throw up.

Great, although a shame to see the popcorn chicken buckets gone. But the team is 5 star for sure. We dropped in again 23/4. It was so busy yet the staff apologised for the wait! Incredibly polite, can't say enough good things about these lovely people. I'll be calling them to let the Manager know they have a great little team.

I am beyond distraught. My disappointment and anger is unmeasurable. I asked to change 1 piece of chicken to hot and spicy in my 3 piece feed, with the other 2 too remain original. To my utter disbelief and downright horror, I received 2 pieces of hot and spicy and 1 original.
This outrage will not remain unchecked, I expect there too be repercussions at the top of the KFC hierarchy. It is a complete travesty, a complete dump, a complete disgrace too the legacy of the esteemed colonel.

The only kfc I have ever been to that runs out of chicken from time to time, some staff here a very friendly. The person who takes the drive through orders needs to speak up or they need to fix their speaker at the drive through.

Staff were lovely, didn't wait very long for the food, all the burgers were exactly as we wanted them and it was all fresh. WAY better than kfc pinjarra North and especially South with Rachel or whatvr her name is.

Terrible undercooked chips and nuggets. They make you repeat your order at window to buy time and make you wait even there are no other customers. They pretend to act professional and very busy. Order served was cold and horrible. Never been to a KFC like this terrible before. OMG. Photos attached.

The service i gotta say was 10 out of 10. The big letdown.you DO NOT give paper straws with frozen drinks. Big fail!

Undercook every zinger and chicken pieces and even asked to make it crispy and still didnt rude customer service
