KFC Atwell

Staff member who took my order couldn't be bothered to smile when greeting me. I paid then he continued to take the next customer's order before getting my order for me. No sign of urgency in his attitude. All original chicken pieces (thigh, wing and a part of breast) were very dry and the skin lacked flavour and juiciness.
I won't be returning.

Two lanes drive thru. Gets busy at dinner time. Check your order when you park just up the road near the servo in case they forget anything. Normally 1 in 6 orders misses a little something.

15 minute wait for food. They pack the order wrong. Then when I ask for the missing items I get questioned by two staff, then referred to the manager. Instead of the correct order they give me some extra chicken. Really not that hard guys.

When we arrived we were ignored until the car that arrived after us gave their order. We gave our order, what we ordered was not available. So ordered something else that we could afford, went to the first window where we were directed to the next window by a thumb motion to the next window totally ignored again. Were told it was a different price to what was on the board. I did not have enough to cover new price. When I told them that was not the price on the board. I was told IT had not updated board. How is that my fault. I left with no dinner

Steer clear from this KFC, drive through the drive through 3 times now and each time they always forget something from a simple order. Should of known to check the order instead of asking the oblivious attendant if everything is there or not, shame on me for trusting workers who doesn’t care.

Every time I order KFC I order the Zinger Box and it's always good, Not this time, a couple months ago I got the same order and the wing's batter wasn't crispy, every thing else was good. I always love a crispy batter to fried wings. Service was meh as I asked for the wrong drink and they didn't really care about customer service. Luckily enough I managed to get the drink I was after. If your gonna get the Zinger Box avoid Atwell. South Lake or Murdoch are your best options.

Ordered online at 6pm for delivery, food finally arrived at 7: 45pm and was the wrong order.tried contacting the store but no luck, drove down and response from staff was not great. Place was a mess food all over the place, staff were having a great time talking to each other and bopping away to the loud music, shame customers were not treated so cheerily or even acknowledged upon arrival.
Got order and was assured it was all there luckily we checked because it wasn't. Appalling service all round and will not be returning.
Maybe need an adult manager on to supervise!

The food was dry tasted days old potato and gravy was runny and terrible gave it to the dogs

Chicken was so small it looks like a chicken popcorn and it was a original piece of chicken

Closes at 10.30pm, not 11.00pm. Don't bother queuing up for 10 minutes when you'll only have to reverse back out

Didn't give right order, drove home came back to get what we paid for. No apology or interaction from store manager. Simply dropped the item on the counter and walked away. It's not even a busy day for them. New management, poor customer service

A little confused with the opening hours. Says it's open until 11pm, shop was still lit up but it appeared close at 1030pm. Unable to order from app or drive thru. If the shop is only open until 1030pm, please update the opening hours.

Three piece pack. Two wings and a drumstick! Chips stale. Potato and gravy dry. To top off, drink left out of order. If I could give a minus star I would.

Why have business hours stating 11pm (including on the KFC website) when the doors are locked and drive thru is shut at 10.30pm?

Fourth time ive been to this place and by time i get home its been cold wrong order or stuff missing go for 8 piece and you get home there's four you ring and they said we will sent a email credit no email from them

Went there many times still Bad management to slow services, take so long. Manager should to do something about services.

Took kids in after activity.
Nowhere to sit.
No clean table, all unwiped with drink and food on them.
Seats dank with water and food on them.
Bin overflowing.
Floors filthy.
No cutlery my 8yo had to eat potato and gravy with her face.
Reckon I could probably see some cockroaches if I looked hard enough.
Hope the kitchen is better haha.
Food is pretty good tho

Odered zinger burgers, received original burgers. Ordered 20 pcs wicked wing together, all dried up like a biscuits. But okay. Better than hangry lol

I don’t know what is happening with this store however they really need to get their act together. My husband and I both worked at KFC as kids and the standards back then were definitely higher. We ordered a Family Feast last night which includes 15 pieces of chicken, we got 9 thighs and 6 legs. The thighs looked like they had been butchered with skin missing. I tried to call to talk to the Manager however their voicemail was full. We definitely will not be going back which is such a shame as it is our local. Come on KFC lift your game or move on.

Ordered a bucket and got 6 legs and 9 thighs, pretty sure there’s more than two pieces to a chicken.
