My partner was provided a car by Keep Driving; the car was of a reasonable quality, however the constant calls and messages to follow up on the status of the insurance claim was very close to harassment and had her in tears on several occasions. I strongly suggest that they review their internal processes, as it was unacceptable and no apologies were given when this was pointed out.

Provided a reasonable replacement car however the calls to find out the status of the insurance claim bordered on harassment. Perhaps try calling the insurance company direct, rather than the victim of the accident.

Our experience with Keep Driving was incredible. After being rear ended and pushed into my girlfriends car in front of me as well we found ourselves in a spot of bother at 6pm at night. Our towing company recommended these guys immediately and dropped us off there where we met with Paul. Who was hanging around later than he had too just to help us. Within the hour our paperwork was sorted and all policies and terms and conditions were covered. We agreed on as it was all in our favour as we were not the ones at fault, it didn't cost a cent and he had us out the door immediately with two new hire cars, which we are covered with until pending write off/insurance is paid or repairs are completed. Paul was friendly, funny yet very professional and thorough. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need, considering the circumstances it was an outstanding experience. I really appreciate the assistance I received from 'Keep Driving' team, specially from Gavin. My SUV was taken to smash repair just before the Christmas, but 'Keep Driving' saved my Christmas providing another 7 seater. The team was really helpful in soring the issues out e.g. Picking up the hire car after my car was repaired, answering questions.

Very efficient, got me onto a hire car within 2 hours of my accident. Sensitive to my state of shock. (My husband is doing the driving.) Paperwork handled. Got a very nice car.

I received excellent service from Keep Driving after my car went in for body repairs. The hire car (a new one) was deliverd to the body repair shop for me to drive away and it was later collected from the shop after my car was repaired. Should need arise again, Keep Driving would be my choice for a hire car.

They are robbers. They charge be dollars for a little damage. Direct debt from my credit card without telling me. I said I would like to fix this damage for them. I have ask my mechanic this damage can be fixed within 300 dollars. But they just direct charge me 700. Robbers

I'd never heard of these guys until my car repairer mentioned them to me. I made one call and a car was delivered to me at my home. It was such a relief knowing I could still get to work and get around while my car was repaired. The whole process was so super simple and easy. Would definitely recommend to anyone in a not at fault collision.

Amazing service! After a very stressful time of being in an accident that wasnt my fault, these guys provided me with a beautiful loan car. It took away the stress of worrying how I would get to work everyday, while waiting for my car to be repaired. This is a wonderful service and highly recommend keep driving.
