Incredible customer service. They let me keep my hire car for an extra 6 days over the Christmas period free of charge. If they hadn’t, I would not have had a car when needed the most. Highly recommend!

This company is soo professional and caring. My sister and I had someone fly into us at a T junction [we had right of way]. The towie organised an Uber for us to Keep Driving, and took the car away. The Keep Driving team offered us cold water and pain killers straight away, their toilets were incredibly clean and the office was spotless. Their Irish accents and sense of humour relaxed us straight away. The hire car you provided was new, very clean and tidy inside and out. Thank you Keep Driving - you score 10/10 for customer service!

I have just returned my replacement vehicle today. Keep Driving has provided me with a near new Volkswagen Transporter, clean and in a very good condition. From day 1 to handing over back the car, EJ Gavin and Cooper have been amazing, they made all the processes soo smooth and easy that i never felt that i was not driving my own van.

Their service is second to non, EJ has been very responsive as well when i had to add more drivers.

Remember, the minute you are involved in a crash and you are not at fault, give them a call, and they will make the necessary arrangements for your replacement car.

Keep Driving and Ej have been such a supportive help to me and my family since our accident. When someone crashes into you and the scare and impact it all has on your life is incredibly devastating. Nice and quick signup process, but collected the car next day and I was given 2 very different reasons for this.

These guys need to work out whether someone's eligible BEFORE they release a car. Absolute time wasters.

FYI they will pass on your details and all the crash info and images to "their aftercare team" who may call you.

I would highly recommend Keep Driving. A fantastic company to deal with, they really go out of their way to help you. I had a hire car from them for 5 months and never had a problem. These guys even come to your house and drop off and pick up the car. They gave me another car so the other one could be serviced. No hassle whatsoever, one of the easiest companies I have dealt with. Great customer service. A huge shout out to Gavin who went above and beyond to help me when I had my car accident, getting me back on the road and sorting everything for me! I will definitely use Keep Driving again.

Unbelievable 5 star service! Everyone from Keep Driving was so supportive, kind, helpful and knowledgeable. They arranged the paperwork over the phone and in 20 minutes the hire car was at my door (with free bottles of water included). The men who dropped it off and picked it up were pleasant and professional. The car was new, fuel efficient and full of tech- I felt so spoilt! They kept in contact the whole time and advised me as to how things worked in the industry. I was able to relax and get to and from work without having to worry about anything. I had the car for a few weeks and it didn't cost me a cent- all paid for by the insurance company. They even picked the car up from the new car yard, so I was able to just drop it off and drive my new car home. Truly wonderful people, service and hire cars! I highly recommend them. Thank you Keep Driving, for making a horrible car crash seem painless and hassle free.
