Karrinyup Waters Resort

Park is amazing BUT WARNING TO ALL.do not order the milkshakes from the restaurant. $20 for 3 and was basically milk with some decorative chocolate on the cup sides. Decided to complain that its literally just milk and was advised this is how they make it. Did a BIG favour to add a dash more chocolate syrup and wizz it up a bit further to froth up the milk. (why would it be so difficult to add 1 more spoon of ice cream as I'm sure it wouldn't break their bank!
Customer service NOT UP TO SCRATCH.

Penny Wise Pound Foolish. 1 scoop more ($50c) and I would have returned for lunch to spend $80.

Will be back to the caravan park but won't support the restaurant again.

Weekend stay, place was packed in like sardines. Disrespectful Adults allowing young children to roam riot to all hours of the night. Adults carrying on to all hours no respect for others staying there. Staff were rude and unhelpful didn't respond to complaints expressed by multiple campers! Amenities only cleaned once a day and no ensuite sites available. No campground security staff monitoring noise levels etc
Pool area not monitored and overly crowded two pools no slides etc WA needs to improve caravan parks facilities like over east which have amazing parks for families. Wouldn't stay there again!

It feels as if you are out in the country, yet you are in the city. A place for people with children with jumping pillows and lots more! Come and see for yourself.pools and a spa! Children will fall asleep at the dinner table.

A great place to stay. We’ve just finished a 12 month + lap of the country and this would rate amongst the best parks we’ve encountered. Great modern amenities that are kept spotlessly clean, big sites, friendly staff, amazing pool area with 3 pools
In a great location close to shops and the freeway, it’s a hidden gem I wish I known about years ago.

Great stay! Kids loved it! Such a convenient little holiday with so much to do! Only thing it needs is a fan provided in the room

Facilities were fantastic, especially for the kids. We stayed in a 2 bedroom cabin. It was in need of a thorough cleaning though - had been superficially cleaned but was a bit sticky in general.

You have to wear bracelets everywhere you go because they check if you have one, the pizza at the cafe is tasteless and is dripping with grease, nothing stays on the pizza it all falls off, pool is big.

It is an AMAZING place to go to. Cafe with great food. 2 gated play areas for the kids. Cabins to stay in. All round AMAZING. LOVE IT.

We had a great weekend here. We stayed in our tent for the first time with kids and it was quite successful thanks to the great setting! The facility is fantastic, hot shower, BBQ stove, pool, playgrounds and cafe/restaurant. Very well maintained and especially the pool with hot tub was great. Conveniently located, we had dinner at a restaurant in Scarborough and bought bread and coffee for breakfast to skip cooking.
Only complaint is there was a group of adult close to our tent was very noisy, talked and played music loudly until midnight though there is silent-after-10pm policy. It was not the fault of of the premise but hopefully it would not happen next time.

The cafe and playground open to the public are the perfect place with little ones. Shaded with a variety of food options.

We have been on the road for 6 years, have stayed in many places, and this park has to be the worst.
Management are useless, park run by feral kids with ever more feral parents who come to party and expect everyone else to pay the price for their kids to ride bikes, scooters, skateboards through your site, damaging your van and car on the way. Mothers with prams who are to lazy to walk around the roads use your site as a passage to go where ever they want.
Management do absolutely nothing to stop this happening.
Word will get around soon enough and People will not be coming back. I would rather sleep in woolies carpark than in this hell hole.

This is a wonderful resort lots of trees and palms. A lake with ducks great place for kids playground and pool.a wonderful restuarant on site. Toilets and showers lovely and clean. A gorgeous setting

Great experience: the cabin was clean, functional and well priced, and the whole resort was well looked after and had a good feel to it.

Nice little place for coffee and a play with the kids. Getting really busy now its promoted more and hard to get parking. Food and drink has always been ok, and kids love the play area.

We only live in Mindarie 20 mins away and just wanted to get closer to an event we were going to without paying taxis both ways, best ever decision this place is unquestionably the best of its type weve ever been in immaculate and staff superb, you are in the middle of suburbia and you could be in the middle of the serengeti cant wait to go back 20 mins from finishing work l can have a wine in hand listening to the wildlife. Thanks to all staff.

Only went for coffee here, seems like a great place but the caravan park is overpriced for what it is ($45 for 2 people per night plus $15 for each additional person over 2 years old)

Only had breakfast here, food was delicious, lovely ambience and surrounds with a play area for children.

Totally worth a visit. Great facilities and you would never think that you were in the middle of suburbia!

We booked the day here with other families to use the facilities and were surprised by how good it was, although to be honest we spent most of our time around the pool with the kids alternating between the 2 pools and spa.
Lots of under cover loungers and a few large beds, with a cafe right behind the pool, the coffee was good.

Brilliant place. Three families went there together. Swimming pool absolutely accomodates both babies and adults. Facilities are not something new but neat and tidy. Lots of activity places for kids. Perfect place to have some fun with ur kids.
