Karrinyup Waters Resort

What a awesome place to stay we were in a caravan, friendly staff excellent facilities plenty for adults and kids to do. Has a pool and play areas for kids. We had medical appointments to go to so close to the city. I would recommend this resort for short stay or long stay you can bring a caravan, camp or for a bit more luxury self contained chalets.

A great family destination with pools, play grounds, and modern ensuite style ablutions but for couples is quite expensive.
With little competition this park is always busy, so book ahead with great slab and grass powered sites and plenty of shade.
Would get 5 stars if cheaper.

Wonderful caravan park. Great service, and nothing seemed to be a problem. We have stayed here twice now and will certainly return when next in Perth.

Nice park although there were a few questionable characters staying in the park whilst we were there.
Management should keep outlining the importance of parents supervision of children on play equipment. To many brat children starting fights with parents no where to be seen.

One of the best caravan park on our trip. Good flat sites, top facilities and streets. Coffee area top class and excellent pool area

Great place like always.staff is very helpful and ablutions and kitchens are top notch.and swimming pools and spa pool are awesome even for winter.perfect getaway.will be back soon for sure.

Perfect few nights here. Facilities are insanely good as is the pool & spa area (actually hot!)
Laundry & bathrooms were top notch.
Bit of a concrete jungle location, but the small lake within the property helps break up the suburb vibes.
Perfect location for exploring Perth or for recharging between the south and west coasts

Well laid out and organised Park. Staff are all very friendly and efficient. The park has all the amenities you could wish for. A big pool area, licensed cafe, new and well maintained ablution units and play areas for children. You would be hard pressed to find a better park anywhere, a bonus for KW is its location, a short distance to great beaches and a regional shopping precinct and c. 20 minute drive to the Perth CBC. It has easy access off the freeway saving a heap of traffic lights when towing a van.

Staff all very friendly. Stayed in cabin was very spacious nice and clean. Loved the new Cafe area and pool

We camped on one of the powered sites and it was outstanding clean facilities, great pool and awesome food at the on site café. We will be returning

One of the best Caravan Parks I've ever had the pleasure to step foot in
. Clean, beautiful grounds. Had dins at the restaurant and even though they were busy the meals came out quickly, were value for money and really yummy@

Great park if you have kids. They loved the parks and pools. Rooms were fine for what we needed. Only negative is the room could have done with a deeper clean

Met a friend who was visiting from out of town here for dinner at the cafe. The menu was extensive and the serves massive but the staff just kept getting our drinks orders wrong even when we ordered through the app. Our meals also didn't come out at the same time.

Kids had a very good time everything was as perfect for me and my wife facility was great lots to do and an excellent family environment. Will definitely do it again soon.

Cafe was great, cabin not so comfortable. Ok for a couple of nights but bed and sofa's uncomfortable. We cut our stay short because of comfort. Great for families and caravan occupancies. Very popular because a convenient area.

Stayed in 6 person cabin with own shower and toilet. Cabin was clean and tidy. Shower head didn't squirt properly and Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Could not connect WiFi to my tablet. The grounds are well kept. The kids loved the bouncy pillows. The heated pool and spa was nice too.

Great Caravan park with amazing facilities! We set up a tent on a powered site for 2 nights and my partner and I loved it and so did my 5 year old son which was his first time.
Check in was super easy and got to choose between 2 sites which was lucky for the peak time we went. I only gave 4 stars because the showers need a little extra TLC throughout the day and night. By 9am the floors are covered in mud and toilet paper and hair all over the basins and sinks (lots of messy people) the shower tiles had quite a lot of mould in the grout and flooring too. We had family stay in one of the 1 bedroom cabins and they said the large bed was one of the worst beds they have ever slept on and their TV would change between working, signal cutting out and then rainbow lines running through it like it’s been dropped or something so maybe some upgrading needed there but they loved the kitchen was stocked with lots of things to make meals.
We would definitely stay again but maybe during the school term. 90% of the children staying there were rough, bullies and swore a lot. I had to personally tell a few children off for calling other kids names or running up and down the road on their bikes shouting out every swear word under the sun. My son has LDD and some kids were making fun of him and the parents didn’t care when I confronted them about it. Maybe the park could hand out some 101 caravan park etiquette books to parents at check in

Beautiful time for families. Heated large pool, separate heated large spa. Lovely Cafe on site. Close to all amenities. Really enjoyed my two night stay.

Definitely the best caravan park in Perth so far! 3 playgrounds for kids and infants, 3 different types of swimming pools suitable for all ages, choice of concrete or grass site, peaceful during the week.can get a bit noisy and crowded on weekends but compared to other caravan parks in the area it has a great vibe, grounds looked after and staff on reception very friendly and accommodating.
Also, cafe on site is fairly priced and serves amazing meals.
