Kalamunda IGA Food Market reviews
27Poorly stocked. Limited range. Tiny meat section. No deli. As far a price goes, I know IGAs can be a bit more pricey for their convenience, but these prices are considerably higher than the prices of other IGAs. If everything is closed but IGA, I'll drive 15min to IGA on Whitnoon road before the 5 min drive to this IGA. Also unit pricing is not shown on most of their price tags.
Great to see the place open again, they have a great selection of exotic foods and other items that you won't find in your average Coles or Woolworths. Only downside is it's not designed well for a full shop with the small size of the checkouts. More suitable for a small shop or when you need milk in your way home.
A foodie haven. Excellent range of boutique, organic and eco products plus fresh produce and quality ready made meals and treats. Staples are reasonably priced but their niche is specialty products hard to find elsewhere so a little too expensive for your weekly shop.
Only reason 5 stars not given simply due to this being my first visit.
Consistancy yet to be confirmed.
Great atmostphere and service.
Definately keen to attend and shop again.
Ha HA no one recognized me.
A great shop with good variety of specialised teas, coffees, fruit, vegetables, gifts, excellent chocolates, specialised gift items and flowers. Shelves full of good quality items for usual needs, vegans and vegetarians. Plenty of parking opposite the shop with main road access. Clean, quiet, helpful and busy staff.
So happy to see this iconic business restored, great layout and range, friendly staff and good prices, a saving grace on public holidays with all the other businesses being closed.
Staff are friendly and helpful. Fresh and clean with a real local market feel. Heaps of fresh fruit and veggies, cheeses and dairy, cut meat and deli food; and lots of the usual items too. Location is close to the Kalamunda Town Centre, with heaps of parking across the road
