Really interesting unique salads and great selection of fresh produce and fresh breads also a must for a tasty lunch

Service and product range great, however was very disappointed today to see girl at checkout working so hard while two guys laughing and joking in office near by and customers waiting.

Small store but well stocked. Good to pick up a ready made lunch if you're on your way to work/school etc.

I shop here quite a lot, nice range of products. Always have fresh produce and the staff there are always lovely to deal with, especially Jane. I’ve been served by her a few times now and she always has the time to ask how my day is. If your local then I definitely recommend shopping at this store.

I like it, it does have regular shopping items but it is a shop that has premium and "artisan" style international food products etc.

Really disappointed with the lack of customer service generally. Usually blunt rude or no care given attitude by the young cashiers and as per usual we always over look this get what we need when other stores are closed and leave (only go there in an emergency). Unfortunately tonight upon starting to head towards the exit hear one of the young guys call out to another staff member who was on his way to the office “hey a guy earlier called me a F$&&ing asshole” - not good enough disgusting behaviour in front of customers- makes you wonder why that customer called him that … shoe probably fit after all!
Young boys left to run a shop with no customer service skills … each and every time we have visited….
Pretty store nice produce though small range but it’s the lack of friendliness and general lack of customer service that really brings this store down

Recently blinged up, and this has made the leap from "homely-local" to "fabulous shopping experience"!

I find my experience at the IGA store in Kalamunda is always a very pleasant experience. The staff without any exceptions are kind and extremely helpful at all times. I am personally always greeted with a smile and a lovely hello especially from Jane, Penny, Chris, Leo and all the staff that I regularly see. I am made to feel welcome. All the staff go out of their way to help me if I have an issue finding what I need and are willing to order in specially if it is something that is not presently in stock but the ticket is still there. I highly recommend anyone to go there. It’s my go to store as I much prefer to shop locally and most of the produce is Australian so by buying there you/we are supporting our countries farmers and growers who have been struggling especially over these last few years. The prices at Crabb’s are very reasonable and often, I have found, the same price or cheaper than there larger competitors. So all in all put everything together you have a wonderful shopping, stressless, experience. Please go there and support local and the best bonus they are open from 6am until 10pm everyday do I need to give anymore reasons. They are simply the best.
Continue the great work all the staff and management at IGA Crabb’s Kalamunda and have a wonderful Christmas and a very happy, safe, healthy and prosperous New Year 2023!

Dear IGA I would love to call out a young bloke that helped me find the vegan toothpaste. He was a kind fella and made my day. I couldn't hear him very well but I thought he said his name was Jusson. I will be buying from this IGA again.

Was at first disappointed with the service, but the Saturday evening staff made up for it. Lovely employees

What an epic effort it is to open a business for that many hours EVERY DAY.

Worth a visit if you haven't before, different and varied products and local produce, compared to the other Big 3 in kalamunda.

Over the past year during the nation wide stock issues, this IGA did really well keeping stock up. Prices are a bit higher but completely reasonable in my opinion.

Take my jack Russell to the groomer so as I needed some items called in to fined the store well stocked with items I required. Staff are friendly & helpful. Good to see IGA back in a country atmosphere.

Needs a deli with freshly cut cold meats/ cheese. And would be great to see fruit platters for sale.

Wow.they have come back in an awesome way. They are now like the iconic Zabars from the West end New York which we lived near in '2015. Well done special and hope it is a succsess you deserve. We shop their frequently.

Awesome Iga! One of the best I’ve been to for variety of things I haven’t seen in others, especially their baked snacks!

I am so disapointed at the service I just received. I usually have a really pleasent time shopping here and I just left feeling completely attacked by a teenage girl. The young lady who was on the check out tonight needs to learn how to address others calmly and politely. Perhaps take a customer service course.
