Just Cuts Booragoon

Here's my advice, DO NOT GO TO THAT CHUBBY BLONDE LADY! May sound ridiculous but I dropped my daughter here and when I came back to pick her up, I couldn't even recognise her! She looked like a boy. I told the hairdresser to give her a short fringe at the top of her forehead, but the lady ended shaving the whole bloody thing off! I asked for a 2 on the sides and she gave her the point fiver. Very disappointed.

The fat lady Sarah asked me what I wanted and I asked for a short back and sides and a little bit off the top and she gave me a 0.5 buzz cut, I was horrified I looked like a nut. I asked for a refund and she said no get out! Disgusting.

As emmbarassed as I am, I am unfortunately a ranga and when I went to just cuts they refused to cut my hair because I had red hair. I find this very offensive and I do not rate this place, if I was you, i’d Cut my own hair with a pair of twaesers

Created an account just to give this 1 star. Asked for a fade and it was the patchiest, most uneven cut I’ve ever seen seen. Asian dude that cut my hair must have frauded his way into the hair dressing industry, dude had no idea what I asked for.

I would give 0 stars. I came in an asked for a fringe. All I got was my hair pulled hurt and cut too short, and being called stupid by the hairdresser. Absolutely appalling. Wasted 6 dollars to be insulted and a bad haircut, don't waste your money there folks.

I've had my hair cut here 2 times now and both times I received a terrible trim. First time, my hair was totally uneven on both sides when brought to the front and second time the V-shape trim didn't even look like a V. When my father went here, the hairdresser was sooo slow like she was half asleep. However, the staff were very kind and welcoming and both times I didn't need to wait long. But the staff definitely need to improve their skills.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Husband paid $31 for a short back and sides and trimmed top. Didn't shave his neck, missed many spots and blended the hair on both sides really awfully. It's like they didn't even cut some areas near the top. Am having to fix pretty much the whole thing myself as there are very long hairs on the side and very noticeably straying onto his face. For the price it's an absolute rip off! Wouldn't waste my time or money there

Courtney has been cutting my hair since 2009 or so and she's the only one I trust with my crazy curls. Had countless terrible experiences with hair dressers even those that are 10x more expensive than just cuts and she's the only one that's ever been able to cut it properly without making my hair go out of control. I had the "terrible" haircut at Just cuts on Thursday! The hairdresser didn't wash, brush and blow dry my hair. He cut my hair when it was curly and dry!
I cannot describe how awful was my experience. To fix it I had to pay again and also cut 15cm of my hair.
I went to other hair salon to fix my hair at the same day.
