Just Cuts Booragoon

Just a head up they don’t provide free shampoo with head massage for birthday voucher but all other just cuts stores do. I don’t know how they can alter terms and conditions of Franchise business that is expected to be same all over Australia. It did made me upset. So I don’t recommend going there.

Hi there Sholeh gave me such a fabulous haircut. I asked for layers so that I could wear it out more and that’s what I got. It now looks great out and I can still wear it in a ponytail when I want to so it’s an all round versatile hair style. We also had a great chat and a bit of a laugh at the same time. Definitely my go to place now and what a bargain. Thanks:)

Rude customer turned away 3pm when closing 5pm. Mean staff who reducible people for their looks.

Just received the best hair cut I've had in years. The hairstylist listened and suggested exactly what i was hoping for.
The ladies name i have forgotten how to spell I'm sorry, a lovely Hungarian blonde lady. Thankyou sooooo much.

Very disappointed, i asked the lady, i want shoulder length but she cut above shoulder and cutting was not even.
After cutting she didn’t dry my hair and set them.

Would leave 0 stars if I could.

The woman gave me huge attitude, acted like she was doing me a big favour, rolled her eyes, had a whinge about other hair dressers, and proceeded to give me a terrible, shapeless haircut that didn’t even get rid of the dry ends. Would not recommend.

Made me wait 30 minutes while they served queue jumpers.
The hair cuts are uneven when they do decide to do yours.

Had my first ever visit today, Catherine cut my hair and I'm very happy. Would definitely recommend Just Cuts.

I gave a call to see whether there are any available appointments today and the lady who picked up the phone told me that they are not taking appointments, just walk in only. So I told her that I will be there in 10 mins and she said no problem. Once after I arrived there, a very rude old lady told me that if you have not write your name in the book beforehand we can’t do your haircut and they are booked for next hour. I asked her why didn’t you guys informed me that when I called just 10mins before if you’ve already known that you are booked for next hour. She was very rude and tried to start an argument with a very high voice telling that they have a “system”. Also, didn’t bother to own up that it was her mistake which displayed very racist behaviour. Very disappointing experience.

I'm regular customer. Yuka cut my hair. She knows how yo cut Asian hair. She's knowledgable about hair care and treatment.

I visited Just Cuts for the first time this morning and was styled by Melissa. I told her that after having some bad haircuts in the past, I was nervous about getting my hair cut, but she easily calmed me down.
She was wonderful and attentive to what I asked for and checked in with me often about the length/style so that I was happy. I walked away with a great haircut for a great price and am really happy with the service provided. Thanks Melissa!

I have never been to Just Cuts before. Was a bit skeptical however was quietly impressed. Yuka was my hairdresser and she was absolutely fantastic. My name is Ben Puris and I am bald due to personal reasons (don't ask me about it). But these swindling swindlers took my $27.46 despite me being being shiny like an egg. There was an old guy who 'cut' my 'hair' who called me Eggman. I was very offended. Ill go do math now.
