We found the service terrific. A number of times staff asked if everything was alright and we only had the budget meal. It was great.

Went in last minute as other restaurants totally full. Service was quick, Had the fish and chips with salad. Was ok, fish good size but quite oily. Chips and salad ok. Wife had the grilled trout/salmon? Said the sauce was way too sweet and didnt go with the fish. Overall not too bad.

Left my expensive sunglasses on the table Saturday night.
Phoned up resturant disappeared.the staff had keeped.them.contact lost property at crown never handed them in.

Not impressed with the menu. I ordered the one and only salad on the menu, caesar with added chicken and my husband ordered a pasta dish.
My salad was made first and sat on the bench for around 20 minutes before my husband's meal was ready and brought out together. It takes less than a minute to put this salad together, why it had to sit for so long I don't understand.
The chicken was dry, it was like eating cardboard with no flavour apart from a very boring hint of herbs. It's almost like the chicken had been boiled to the point that it's texture was like powder when you attempted to eat it!
I will not be returning, wasn't expecting a fancy, fantastic meal but would have preferred something edible at the very least.
Service could be more friendlier, a smile wouldn't hurt.

Went New Years Day and they had a Limited menu from NYE, menu selection very poor and they want to charge a 10% surcharge, very disappointing. Looking forward to the ribs but not on the menu: (

Partner ordered a fillet steak and he totally enjoyed it asked for meduim rare and that is what came out. I ordered the trout was a little overdone but enjoyed it. Service was good some staff were friendly. Really need to change their red wines they are horrible.

The food was amazing today, thumbs up for the chef. We also wanted to mention Cameron our waiter. He done exceptionally, we couldn"t have asked for better. Thank you for the great experience today.

Apparently the restraunt was too “busy” to accompany A gluten free client. My partner and myself entered the restraunt asking if gluten free/lactose free was an option and all was okay, acceptable. After 20 minutes my partner got told we’re “too busy” to accompany gluten free/lactose free clients. No excuse. Money and profit over customer service is despicable. It shows how much the main clients rally care when there is profit to be made. Would not recommend to anyone especially with the health and safety issues of their kitchen

Bruschetta. Untoasted plain bread. Cold.chopped tomato and basil thrown on with no thought. Eaten because we we were hungry. Also salt and peppershould not be thrown on The table

I have been to junction grill many times and I never had a problem. But today, 30th of June 2019, we arrived at junction grill at 9.30 PM and despite the restaurant was maybe 70% full and people waiting for their food, the staff told us that the kitchen is closed. Very disappointed as I'm a casino membership. I understood if the time was 10 PM and the restaurant nearly empty. But lots of people seated and waiting for their food and another 2 meals was really not too much to ask for the staff, at the entry of the restaurant.

NICE FOOD BUT VERY RUDE STAFF 2 ASIAN GIRL ON THE FRONT WAS VERY RUDE. BUT NICE TO WHITE CUSTOMER WHICH MAKE US UNHAPPY. YOU GUYS NEED TO TRAIN YOUR STAFF TO BE NICE TO ALL RACE AND PEOPLE EVEN WHAT NATIONALITY THEY ARE!

First there was a bug having a swim in my glass of water.
Then when we were enjoying our Seafood platter for two.
Well I have posted a video of a bug crawling around the plate and onto the dip dish.
The male manager would not come and talk to us.
We had a lovely lady who could not apologize enough.
Still feeling very ill at the thought of what else was served as part of the meal.
Hope something more gets done and no one else has to feel so ill.

Have been here a few times now. Sure thing for a good value meal that is not fantastic but a reliably good quality meal that does not disappoint. A bit of a better pub type food without the usual crowd that comes with the typical pub. Staff is friendly enough but they don't wow me with their level of service. Nice to be able to overlook the grill and gaming floor at the same time. The lamb skewers are a definite winner in my book. Nice quick dinner retreat without breaking the bank. We'll come back again.

Crown members can get meals cheaper at $14.95. Each section of the menu identifies meals that are eligible at a member discount price. We were quickly seated at lunchtime on a Wednesday as there was no queue. Meals arrived quickly with generous portion sizes. Chilled tap water supplied to table upon seating. Staff were friendly.

I came here for a small gathering with my ex-colleagues and it was a pretty good experience. It was a busy Friday night but am definitely loving the ambiance! Best to come here before 7pm as the line will get even longer later the night. They're currently having all day value deal for under $20 menu and the food was decent. We've ordered Junction's Chicken Parmagiana, Junction Flamed Grilled Kebab, 250g Rump Steak, Angus Scotch Fillet, Cremè Brûlée, Mocha Meringue Affogato and Junction Classic Banana Split. Food quality was Okay, Junction Grill would be a great choice if you're starving!

My friend and I ordered a shared seafood platter, the other night. It was terrible the fried were cold, the fish overcooked and the chilli mussels where like chewing on rubber nothing expect for the salad on the platter was done right, one of the most terrible meals I had yet at this place.

20 buck rump steak can't be beat! The service here is great and the food is good. Staff don't bug you and when they do serve you it's in a friendly manner.

Had steak with mushroom sauce. Hardly any mushroom pieces in sauce but i liked it that way. Cooked how i ordered it.

No sorry. But the seafood dish so yum. Comes in a 3 level plate arrangement. Shared with another 2 people it was lovely

Amazing! 500g steak and seafood was made perfect! Creme brulee was awesome. Fish and chips beautifully done. BUT.the brussetta let us down. I think it was lemon grass that made it taste very blah! That's if it was lemon grass. I reccomend the brussetta gets changed to a different recipe.the Greenwood tavern would be a great example.hint hint:) my wife and I have bruschetta before every meal when we eat out.just a heads up.otherwise.definitely a great place! Recommended!
