My phone appointment was for 9am and the dr forgot to call me and went home for the weekend.

Dr Jen Lin Teang is rude and doesn’t seem to believe in my genetic chronic illness even though I have been formally diagnosed. Dr Jen Lin Teang is NOT LGBTQI+ FRIENDLY. Do not go to her for help with chronic pain or gender issues. I DONT WANT ANYONE ELSE TO FEEL THE WAY SHE MADE ME FEEL. Entirely unprofessional and a mean, vindictive female.
Don’t do it to yourself.

The recipient and admins are very rude and impolite I don't think they learn any kind of customer service. They look down on everyone. Worst services ever. My mum insurance recommended there. Now I'm changing the insurance just to be away from them.

I have been here before to see Dr Bailey and she was amazing! Such a holistic approach towards my health issue. Had another issue but unfortunately she was unavailable so I went to another female doctor as I had such a good experience with this practice. This Dr was very insincere and made a very unprofessional comment. Am in shock. I have never gone out of way way to leave a review, good or bad but that was unacceptable.

Called made an appointment for 10.30 the next day confirmed to SMS to schedual in for the next day. Was told there was no appt scheduled in and was pised back to a 3.30appt. Terrible service discrimination at it's best dont go here if you are dark skinned.

Rude reception. They don't seem to care about customers but just making money. Would not recommend. Surprises me that they are still open!

Doctor I saw was more concerned with getting rid of me than the problem I had with my back.was to lazy to even write out a prescription,
literally just poked me asking if it hurts and said it'll get better tomorrow.just told me go buy some cream with anti inflammatory.

First call, on request of how much for a driver's medical assessment T class (and I even said T for Tango class) the receptionist put me on hold and explained that as a concession card holder it would be definitely under $ 100 and maybe free, anything between that. As the next available was in 2 days I rang around for sooner and seeing as there was nowhere till tomorrow and they all wanted around $ 150 I thought better to get a better price and wait an extra day.
When I called back the same receptionist and asking to confirm the price she quoted, after checking the exact price on the system which for some reason was now giving the exact costs, the fee as $ 157.
I queried that as she had said herself an hour ago that it was going to be definitely under $ 100. She replied that I hadn't been clear about which exam. I found this quite humorous as she even repeated to confirm that it was a T class in the first phone call.
Definitely, misleading about fees to get the booking which is breaking the law and covered by consumer law.

Good doctor surgery only bad thing is the wait.

The last two times i have been the wait has been over 30 minutes.

But the doctor i see is great very understanding and cares.

Great professional staff from front desk, nurses, doctors and i mean everyone. They will really take care of you and your family.

Visited the centre for a pre emplyment medical check. From ringing to make the appointment through to the visit was seamless. Staff were friendly, polite and helpful.

Generally effortless walk in and out and booking through the app Is a breeze. Doctors do their job well, sometimes I get the impression that my problem with the doctor is not worth thinking about and needs to get me out.

Professional, friendly and clean. Appointment and paid parking are expensive but the team are efficient.

I’ve visited Dr. Mina Kamran Disfani a lot, and I always appreciate her awesome attitude and solid knowledge. The front desk and nurses are cool and really helpful too.

Always feel welcome and staff are always happy to help and my doctor (Dr Livingstone) always had the time to help and cares about my progress and Is goes out of his way to help with any queries it Health issues I have the staff at Joondalup City Medical Centre are always happy to help and try and make patients feel welcome and are caring.

The service was great. Starting from reception till we hot consultation from doctor, it was good.

So, I went to Dr Mina Disfani and I gotta say, she’s awesome! Actually listens and totally gets what’s up. If you need a doctor, she’s the one, seriously!

After attending the same medical centre seeing the same GP for 20yrs, my doctor sadly passed away. The receptionists at Tandara medical centre were so rude and literally wiped their hands rid off me! Being on medication that you can't just stop suddenly, i finally have found a doctor who has taken me on board. Thankyou to Dr. Livingston and the friendly, helpful reception staff.

Great experience as a first timer. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. The receptionist and Dr. Athot Gurung were very kind and friendly. I especially loved how Dr. Gurung really took his time to explain my conditions as well as my treatment options. I had a great visit and the doctor’s demeanor has really put me at ease. So, I highly recommend this medical group.

A friendly medical group from the receptionists to the nurses and doctors. This is our family practice for over 10 years, the doctors in this practice are very kind and respectful.
