Amazing doctors. The reception staff and nurses are always so busy but no matter how busy they are always attending the patients with a smile, it really is an inviting environment.

I am so happy to have found Dr Keohane. He genuinely cares about his patients and gives me reassurance and hope. Great knowledge and understanding for my condition emotionally and physically.

Dr Jen Lin Teang is rude and doesn’t seem to believe in my genetic chronic illness even though I have been formally diagnosed. Dr Jen Lin Teang is NOT LGBTQI+ FRIENDLY. Do not go to her for help with chronic pain or gender issues. I DONT WANT ANYONE ELSE TO FEEL THE WAY SHE MADE ME FEEL. Entirely unprofessional and a mean, vindictive female.

The recipient and admins are very rude and impolite I don't think they learn any kind of customer service. They look down on everyone. Worst services ever. My mum insurance recommended there. Now I'm changing the insurance just to be away from them.

I have been here before to see Dr Bailey and she was amazing! Such a holistic approach towards my health issue. Had another issue but unfortunately she was unavailable so I went to another female doctor as I had such a good experience with this practice. This Dr was very insincere and made a very unprofessional comment. Am in shock. I have never gone out of way way to leave a review, good or bad but that was unacceptable.

Called made an appointment for 10.30 the next day confirmed to SMS to schedual in for the next day. Was told there was no appt scheduled in and was pised back to a 3.30appt. Terrible service discrimination at it's best dont go here if you are dark skinned.

I've been with JCMG for a few years now and every member of staff from admin, to treatment nurse on duty to the Dr's themselves are consummate professionals and will go far out of their way to help you have a stress free visit that is never rushed (ever)! Andrew Stoney.

Good doctor surgery only bad thing is the wait.

The last two times i have been the wait has been over 30 minutes.

But the doctor i see is great very understanding and cares.

Receptionist unprofessional.
First call, on request of how much for a driver's medical assessment T class (and I even said T for Tango class) the receptionist put me on hold and explained that as a concession card holder it would be definitely under $ 100 and maybe free, anything between that. As the next available was in 2 days I rang around for sooner and seeing as there was nowhere till tomorrow and they all wanted around $ 150 I thought better to get a better price and wait an extra day.
When I called back the same receptionist and asking to confirm the price she quoted, after checking the exact price on the system which for some reason was now giving the exact costs, the fee as $ 157.
I queried that as she had said herself an hour ago that it was going to be definitely under $ 100. She replied that I hadn't been clear about which exam. I found this quite humorous as she even repeated to confirm that it was a T class in the first phone call.
Definitely, misleading about fees to get the booking which is breaking the law and covered by consumer law.

Great professional staff from front desk, nurses, doctors and i mean everyone. They will really take care of you and your family.

Rude reception. They don't seem to care about customers but just making money. Would not recommend. Surprises me that they are still open!

Wonderful reception staff (always friendly, caring & professional) and truly excellent doctors. I have multiple rare chronic illnesses, so the right GP really makes a massive difference for me and Dr Stuart Livingston and Dr Katherine Mellanby are the best GPs I've ever come across in my 28yrs of complex chronic illness

They genuinely care about how their patients are doing and are not afraid to admit when they're out of their depth and need to refer us to a specialist. They actively LISTEN to patients and respect our decisions regarding our own healthcare, while make sure we're presented with all the right info & support to make those decisions. They both have a wonderfully calming & reassuring bedside manner and are both fantastic with kids. If you have a complex chronic illness and especially chronic pain, you will find these two GPs to be supportive, understanding, impressively knowledgeable & experienced, patient, kind and all-round excellent GPs

Generally effortless walk in and out and booking through the app Is a breeze. Doctors do their job well, sometimes I get the impression that my problem with the doctor is not worth thinking about and needs to get me out.

Great doctors surgery always friendly towards me and anyone that comes along to my appointments, the front desk girls have taken the time to get to know my face to my name, always feel like I’m given ample time in my appointments and don’t feel rushed

Front desk staff are always friendly, attentive, and just all around lovely people. We never have issues booking appointments either online or over the phone, and we hardly ever wait more than a few minutes when we have an appointment. When we needed to be seen for a possible infection in our child, they booked us in straight away so we were able to leave the house as soon as we hung up the phone and go straight in to see the doctor.

My family (including children) see Dr. Stuart Livingston and he has been really great. He's always friendly and welcoming and very knowledgeable in his field. Definitely glad we found him as our family doctor! I highly recommend him for anyone, including families with children.

We have also seen Dr. Low and he was very friendly and good with our child as well.

We came here on the recommendation of my in-laws who have always been happy with the care they received from both Dr. Livingston and Dr. Mellanby.

Doctor I saw was more concerned with getting rid of me than the problem I had with my back.was to lazy to even write out a prescription,
literally just poked me asking if it hurts and said it'll get better tomorrow.just told me go buy some cream with anti inflammatory.

Best Doctors I've ever been to, and I've been to some doozies, always go there for myself and my daughter.
