This Drs surgery is walking distance from my home so it's convenient but waiting more than an hour each time to see Dr Kan is a joke!
They book way to many people in for the day. Not a good medical centre at all.

Even the long waiting time and delay for appointments, as Doctor Kan is nice, he has been my GP for years. Today, however, one of their receptionists have given me the worst customer service experience ever.

I normally go there a bit earlier due to the long waiting time, I got there 50 minutes earlier and expected that I would see Dr Kan at 4ish as I had to go at about 4: 30pm, one of the receptionists said I arrived too early and refused to put my name in the system, she said if someone had appointments before 4 will need to go seeing the doctor first, I said I don't mind to wait until all people with appointments before 4 o'clock, but she refused and ask all patients in the waiting room their arrival time and appointment time, and she loudly asked me to leave and told me that I must arrive at 4. I will never ever forget her face. For me, this is insult and unacceptable.

I went home and got there at 4 again, she has already gone and I finally met the doctor after 5 and left the clinic around 5: 30. I reported this to the doctor but not sure there will be any changed.

I know some people no longer coming to this clinic bcoz of their receptionists, if this kind of behaviors are being tolerated, I might also go for other clinics.

This place is not a Human-being clinic!

It's a Veterinary clinic for animals cause that's the type of services you get from the Receptionist & Doctor Ken!

Dr Kan is a amazing doctor and knows a lot about medicine and is kind and compassionate well worth the wait!

I have had some long waits but lately has been much quicker. Dr Steven Kan is a really nice guy so that usually makes up for it. He works really hard.

Been there 4 times because it's close to home. Each time.arrived 15 mins early. Waited at least 90 minutes each time. Last time watched 3 qtrs of an AFL game on my phone. That's unforgiveable- the delays are unforgiveable.

The nurse who picks up the call- 9344 4422, is the MOST disgusting and Rude people I've ever spoke to in this world, and she's a nurse? !

I just spoke to her less than 1 minute, and she hangs up my call,
didn't even get a chance to ask about my medical health queries? !

~How can a Nurse like that EXIST in this world? !
(I bet the doctor didn't even know how she treats his patients)

This place is only for Poor and beggars Human-Being ONLY

I just got a recommendation from my friend about this place for a medical check-up so i would like to call and ask about the details~

. But I didn't even get a chance to ask, the lady who picks the call said i got another customer now, Talk to you later- Bye!

Appointment booked for 9.40 with 2 kids. Finally got seen to at 10.40 with no apology for delay. No toys or books for kids there either. Not very friendly doctor either. Will not be back.

If you want to wait approximately 50,000 years to actually see the doctor then this is the one for you.
