I, hope she suffered and suffocated along with her FAMILY to a Burning BushFires GROUND like in Australia, as currently most Aussies suffered at the Momemnt. Died with screaming in- Pain!

The Nurse named, Vicky sounds like an Asian chinese or vietnamese 3rd- world Moneky when I spoke to her on the phone and request for a medical cekup but instead I got told off, scolded and yelled even shouted by her saying NOOO NO NO NO then point finger at my FACE and said: "She has another client or customer to deal with and proceed hang up my Phone"!

My LORD! Lord saves us all! The nurse vicky or vick and Dr. Kan are the most Rude and outrageous outstandingly nurses and Doctor I have ever experienced in my 28 years of living! They're just something Wrong in their mind, mentally and physically!

THIS is one of those Clinic where the Doctor himself and Nurse Vicky are in deep severe pain and had suffered mental illness due to their Family abused then started murdering and killing patient for Revenge to release their Tensions and pain in results quietly and discreetly like those Thriller movies. That's Dr. Kan and Nurse Vicky!

The nurse who picks up my call - 9344 4422, is the MOST disgusting and Rude people I've ever spoke to in this world and she's a nurse? !

I just spoke to her less than 1 minute and she hangs up my call, didn't even get a chance to ask about my medical health queries (how can a Nurse like that even EXIST in this world)!

~ I bet the doctor didn't even know how she treats his patients

Really bad waiting was there for over an hour and kept calling people in that came in after me and acted clueless when I asked why domt recommend

Well, Dr Kan could have been more polite and attentive. I wouldn't say he is rude, but he certainly is less kind and willing to help than other doctors.

I heard Enough the Horrified /Terrible services provided by the Made-In China Nurse & Doctor Kan but I never expect IT can be that Disgusting, let alone Rude & Arrogant but most Importantly 100% Typical Made-in China 3rd world service!
I called to ask some queries about my medical health from the nurse named "Vickie" or "Vicky" instead I got told off that They had another Customer to deal with & keep shouting on me through the phone and said: NO NO NO!

Well, I don't know What Years are they living /or even Centuries but All I know is telling a Customer that you had another Client to deal with while talking to them on the Phone required Lots of Mentality and is Beyond Thick Faces & Embarrassment!

Absolutely horrible service. The receptionists are so rude and shout at you. This place is an absolute disgrace with the waiting time and the Dr is also very rude and impatient!

Excellent medical centre, Dr Steven Kan was very helpful in assessing my fractured ankle. 5 stars, would recommend to anyone.

Used to go to Dr. Kan, however he is extremely rude and unhelpful/dismissive. Painfully long wait times, rude staff. What is to like about this clinic?

As an Asian, I felt embarrassed and disgusted on the services provided by this Asian-Clinic!

It's completely Unacceptable and unreasonable in many wayyyys, the Rudeness of the Nurse (Vicky) talk through the phone is completely Uneducated and that's not even represent the Asian Populations!

~ It's only a matter of time, their Clinic went out of business and Bankruptcy!

*I call through to ask Is it free to do a medical-check up since I had a medicare card, as some people Actually & Really didn't know How's the medical system work therefore would like to just call and ask, instead I got told off by the Nurse as a Customer for asking stupid question!

This clinic is S1ck, as s1ck as it's Nurse and Doctor, the nurse name Vicky? Vickkie? Or Vick are completely Rude and disgusting, let alone unprofessional!

~ I called ask, is it free for medical-check up since I had a medicare card, You know what she replied: NO NO NO, look i got another customer talk to you later! (1st-time ever in my life C a nurse show attitude (/behaviour) to their Customers!

Dr Kan is an extremely competent doctor. I have gone to see him for a long long time. He is quirky but can put you at ease. For a period I moved out of the area and went to a different dr who could not for the life of me figure out my health issues. I went back to dr kan and he provided me with a great deal of support for my health issues that many other drs could not diagnose or pick up. I trust my family with him. However, that being said, his receptionist Vicky is quite eccentric and you have to just take her with a pinch of salt. If you can get over that and get used to her and just accept that, you will be fine. Dr Kan is also a surgeon and can run late if he has been called out of the clinic. He takes many at home appointments for frail elderly people who physically would have a hard time getting to the surgery, so yeah, he can run late but it’s because he has incredible work ethic and very rarely turns a patient away. The guys has work 12 hour days six days a week for at least the past 35 years I have known him so you have to cut him some slack.

Service is a bit average The Vietnamese staff need lessons on old fashioned Aussie service and how to develop a rapport with patients who are after all customers. Dr Kan is a good doctor and it is worth going to him and putting up with the staff. A lot of people say they are always running late. This is true but not unusual for a doctor's surgery. They should all have a program that let's you know by text message that you can arrive later when they are behind schedule

So what if is in the country! Does that give a Doc.and the nurse Rights to be Rude and Impatient to their customers?

Don't bother making an appointment, the most awkward & unprofessional doctors office I've been to! Had to pay full price $70 as the receptionist has no idea how to claim with a Medicare number. I also heard multiple phone calls where she was yelling at customers on the phone as she was frustrated that they couldn't understand her, she does have a very strong accent and broken English.

Gee some people are too impatient, try living in the country and see how hard it is to see a doctor. Doc was efficient and friendly. Staff the same.
