Just picked up my new Hyundai Kona Go on Saturday. We ordered on 1 August and had to wait for it to arrive in WA. The car runs like a dream, easy to drive, roomy enough for my adult sons to sit in the back. Jason Nastas, kept us well informed and we had a great experience all round. I would highly recommend contacting Jason if you're in the market for a new Hyundai.

Picked up first Hyundai last week from John Hughes - both Giuseppe Nibali (Sales) and Andrew Sloan (Finance) went above and beyond to make my experience a great one. They both went out of the way to assist me and make sure things went smoothly. I also liked the cheeriness of all of the staff members - highly recommend getting your next car from John Hughes

I bought two cars one through a Finance broker and another through Andrew Sloan Finance manager at John Hughes. It took twice as long through a broker Dozens of emails and we are still sorting out issues after a month. We we organised with all the documentation and Andrew organised everything in about 45 minutes, and called me the following day at 9: 30am to say the loan was approved. He managed to match the best rate I could find and sorted everything. Andrew Sloan was the consummate professional as was Steve Nice in New car sales and Andrew Dineley in used car sales. I had previously had a poor experience about 12 months ago but these gentlemen have restored my faith and John should be proud of his very professional team.

Bought a new Kona recently, Jason and Mr Hughes were great to deal with. This is the most recent of several vehicles purchased from John Hughes, service excellent and not pushy. We will be back again in a few years no doubt.

Bought a new 2020 Triton GSR and Des Ruane could not of been any easier to deal with, very quick to get back to me with an online query and then met him in person that evening.
He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and nothing was to much trouble for him.
No pressure sales involved which made the purchase so much better.
Follow up call the day after pick up was above and beyond, really pleased. I would undoubtedly recommend any of my friends to buy from John Hughes and especially Des.

Recently purchased a Hyundai Santa Fe and had a wonderful sales experience dealing with with Giuseppe Nibali. Felt very comfortable with the entire process and so happy with my upgrade. Giuseppe went above and beyond to demonstrate all the features before I drove off in my new car.absolute love it. The fact it was covered and wrapped in a bow was the icing on the cake! A huge thank you to Jason Nastas and Andrew Sloan for making the purchase of our Tuscon such an enjoyable experience. From test drive to drive away nothing was a problem. Especially liked the follow up calls to enquire everything was satisfactory.
Glad to have two gentleman that found their job a pleasure more than a chore and were authentic in their roles

I recently bought a Mitsubishi ASX from john Hughes Victoria park. I was sold this car with the help of Guy, Andrew and Steve in sales and finance and can say that I had 10/10 service and would highly recommend these representatives in the future!

I rang John Hughes Hyundai today to see if they could match or better an offer I already had. I have the Salesman all the details he could possibly need including the price he needed to beat/match. Totally honest, no bu*****t. He said he could definately work with that but he would need me to take my car down. I said you are 30km away are you sure. Yes, he said. I took time off work and drove down. I asked to do the figures before test driving, he knew what he had to beat. It took him 20 mins to tell me he couldn't get anywhere near. I was obviously very annoyed saying to him that he had just wasted my time and fuel coming down and next time he should be honest with what he can and can't do! I say next time but that will be to another customer because I will never give them my business ever. Their marketing is based on the dealership with integrity, haha what a joke.

On the most part I felt I was taken care of, I was listened to, and respected.

I was disappointed that some defects identified on the car at time of purchase were not addressed for delivery as promised.

Sales passed on my concerns for me to deal with the Service Department

Navy mate purchased a new vehicle with 3 years free servicing. It wasn't stated on the Sale so now they deny free servicing. See you in court!

We bought a used Subaru Forester and the initial experience was we have to admit excellent. Thalas I believe was our salesman and he went to great effort to ensure that we made the right purchase. After Gavin the sales manager got involved as well the purchase went through extremely smoothly. Our thanks to them both for this initial experience.

However, then comes the issues, we noticed a few cracks on the windscreen, a cracked headlight for which we got assurance that they would fix it as soon as possible. If you do a comprehensive check I believe these issues shouldn’t crop up at all.

From this point onwards the experience got progressively worse. We were told to contact different people and the responsibility was passed on to different people and we eventually got the headlight replaced with a yellowed and old headlight albeit without the crack. The windscreen unfortunately remained unfixed and we were told that if the crack widened we can get it replaced. We also didn’t receive a fuel voucher which we promised and Thalas told us that it would be sorted.

I have to say it feels as if past the sale of the car there wasn’t much interest at all, no follow up regarding the purchase and no effort. Quiet a bit disappointed as we specifically came to John Hughes due to family recommendations where our family has been buying cars from John Hughes for years.

Went to JHH on two occasions, interested in purchasing the Ioniq MY20 BEV.

On both occasions I didn't feel a lot of enthusiasm from the salesman to sell me a vehicle. On both occasions I was assured of a call back to confirm whether a car would available to look at or take for a test drive. On both occasions the commitment was never followed through.

I'm sure JHH have excellent service when trying to sell you an ICE, as evidenced by the many high star reviews. However, if in the market for an EV, don't bother; they're not interested. Head over to Wild West Hyundai instead, where I actually did purchase the Ioniq Elite MY20. They actually want to sell EV's. And have an evaluation vehicle to boot [pardon the pun].
