Staff was very helpful, and honest. Buying a laptop for study and did a special deal with ms office. Didnt try to up sell more than I needed and was genuinely attentive to what I was saying and wanting.

As far as JB Hi-fi go, this would have to have the most stand back help anywhere. Was in store for over 30 minutes before flagging down someone to help. So left.
Went to Jb Hifi at booragoon and found what I wanted - they were very good, attentive, knowledgeable, helpful. So now have a new TV and soundbar and will go back to that store for a new laptop (soon)

It's a JbHiFi store. It's Coles, Bunnings, Woolworths, Officeworks, Good Guys, Adairs, etc.
What's to say?

A very large selection. Definitely worth the trip to visit this store compared to other shopping centre locations. Very friendly staff.

They are always helpful and I find what I am looking for, service is good but guys are always busy and some time it takes a while for someone to be free to help

Bought at TV, they don't mention till you go to warehouse that you have to transport standing up (basically they want you to pay for delivery). Will use appliances online next time.

Staff are always friendly and willing to help as soon as you enter the store.cant speak highly enough of management.especially Shane, we had a few issues with a product and he and his staff went above and beyond to rectify the issue.

I had a great experience here! Super helpful staff in ALL departments. The gents tried many different ways to fit my new TV into my car with no success but an alternative was arranged and I was really impressed with their efforts.

I rang from Sydney and spoke to Mike in the TV section to order a TV for a Xmas present for our son in Hamilton Hill. I was forwarded a text and advised had to do my order this way. When I spoke to Mike I made it clear I wanted the TV delivered in the next Saturday. As it was early enough in the week I was assured this was ok but to still order online via the text. Which I did. Then the TV was being tried to be delivered on the Thursday. When my son contacted delivery person was advised no deliveries on Saturday. My son ended up having to go out near the airport and collect his TV evebthough I had been assured delivery could happen on a Saturday. Very unhappy.extra delivery paid for this and it did not happen. So what will JB do about this when it all could have been sorted if I could have been able to place my order over the phone in the first place? Not happy.

It really deserve a 5 stars but it took a little too long to get service. Other than that it was perfect, the service, the price and sale closure.

Cannot thank Vin enough for all the help for today. We came in not even wanting to get a new mobile phone but he had helped choose the best package for our needs. His customer service was second to none and I believe a very valuable team member to have.

Bought a phone here last week but due to some technical problems we had to go in store to do an exchange. Michael, the store manager and his team were very friendly and helpful. They listened to our problems and then facilitated the exchange without any fuss. Very impressed with their customer service. Will definitely shop here in the future.

Good size, very decent range. Staff are fairly friendly, a bit less than some other stores though. Need to inject some energy into this team!

Bought my drone from here, the sales guy was incredibly helpful and gave fantastic feedback on how to get the best from my drone.

Good range of stuff. Much better than Mandurah and had staff who actually wanted to help rather than vaguely waving and saying "it's over there somewhere".

Usual JB fayre. Not the cheapest place in town but usually well stocked. Cashiers need to attend to the queue to pay any answer phones, even when they are actually serving.

Very poor service. Went in to buy a phone. I knew the exact phone I wanted from their website. Asked. Was directed. Model wasn't there. Asked a different member. "i'll get someone to help you". Nobody came. Went to ask at checkout. No staff at checkouts. Walked out. Will buy it elsewhere.
