Needed a new phone, and as my old phone couldn't get on the internet, the guy went to a lot of trouble to help me set up the whole thing. He had to put my sim into his phone to do it, then as it was the weekend and I didn't have enough money in my account, I had to go back the next day. The original guy wasn't working, but he left word with another salesman, and the process was pretty quick.

It's refreshing when you get staff that know their products and help you make a decision fast. Probably the quickest visit I've had there and left with everything I needed in 10 mins.

Pretty well always walk out of here satisfied. If they don't have what you want they will contact the other stores or order it in. Yeah, good.

A big store with a great selection of products. Welcomed with a smile and the offer of assistance, with all staff being very knowledgeable of the products in their area.

Staff service and knowledge was excellent. But I came for DVDs. This store no longer stocks them so as a consequence it is unlikely I will shopping at this branch again.

When you're at the cash register trying to buy something they were trained to ask for your phone number as if it was part of the purchase. They say its for a digital receipt but the real purpose is so they can send you endless promotional garbage and sell your number to other lowlife scum. If you like getting calls from brainless scammers or seeing stupid commercials on your phone go ahead. Personally I'll never buy anything jb hifi again just out of principle

Took a long time to find a team member, when I went to buy the model I was after it wasn't in stock and would take a month to get it in, I asked to buy the display at a discounted price because I see in the reviews lots of people getting discounts and I was told no movement on price. Ended up buying a different product, Happy with the product. Not stoked about the extremely long wait and lack of negotiation if I didn't need it urgently I would of gone elsewhere.

Twas busy on the back of black Friday specials. As usual, served by a person who knew the details and worked through to purchase with appropriate discounts.

Bought several products there over the past year (TV, mobile, some computer accessoires etc.). They have a good choice of products and the staff really knows their business and can provide you great advice. Never had to wait to get advice or to pay. Once had an issue with a product and the management sorted it out in no time. Highly recommended.

I was sent from the Cannington store with the SKU number of a 7" Lenovo tablet. Myaree had the last one in stock - but it was on display, so they had to unglue it from the security mount - this took several people about 30 minutes. Then a search for the box...
So I got my tablet at a bargain price and I congratulate Andy and other staff for working so hard for such a small sale! Very impressed by their dedication to satisfy a customer:)

Fantastic Service, great product knowledge and excellent prices, If you are a member of the Veteran Community I would highly recommend this Store, they certainly look after those of us who have served.

My experience was really good, sales person was really helpful, would have given 5 but I had to wait about 5 minutes to find a sales person.

Hands down my favourite JB store to visit. Always so helpful and accommodating. The staff actually come to find you and ask you what you need rather than you searching for someone to speak with. Keep up the great work guys. Cheers

Not worth 1 star. NO sales staff approached me. I waited nearly 30ins.sales approached other customers but not me. I was going to buy an iPhone 12 pro max but ended up going directly to Apple & bought an iPhone 13 pro max. JBHIFI MYAREE STOP STEREOTYPING & JUDGING PEOPLE. NEVER EVER GO BACK!

Much better staff than Booragoon. Manager is far nicer as well. Will be going here from now on.

I was told the wrong information about my laptop and provided the wrong information to someone trying to recover data from it. Not particularly impressed by this mistake. Normally service here is great though

Staff are good and lots of stock
Security guard was rude and the location of the shops is quiet annoying to get in and out off

Fantastic place. They didn't have what I wanted. But they compensated with something better. And gave me an amazing discount. Near 40% off the already marked down value! Great place. Amazing staff. Everyone here is friendly.
