JB Hi-Fi Claremont Quarter

I have never been so disappointed with customer service and from the Store Manger himself, Marco goes out of his way to prove that only his opinion matters. Looking at other reviews here, I see others have met this rude arrogant man too. With the so many people using amazon and eBay these days you would think brick and mortar stores would be pushing customer service. JB Hifi has lost my business.

A good place, where you get a good offer for products. Always have been buying stuff from them, and they never failed to disappoint.

Seriously awesome JB HI-FI, you don't even have to buy anything and it's just a good time walking around checking out all the latest technology. #1 place to buy a new TV since the prices are great and if you need any new laptop or phone they have it, at great prices too. Best tech store by far.

JB hifi is a good store for buying electronic equipment. You can pick up in store when ordering online.

To buy, lowest prices. Return of faulty goods, no problem. Courtesy and friendliness, in abundance. All round pleasant experience.

Same as every other JB Hi-Fi, good prices, large range and great staff but you need those staff to find what you're looking for because they squeeze as much as they can into the smallest amount of floor space as possible which, when you throw in a few customers, makes it pretty chaotic in there.

Poor customer service, staff lack knowledge in albums and artists that are not mainstream. JB HIFI have taken the soul out of purchasing music.

I think this is the largest JB hi-fi in Perth, the staff are friendly and helpful, products are great, better than the stores in city.

As small as it is it has most of the important stuff as far as small appliances, games, computers, entertainment and accessories goes, prefer shopping at a warehouse showroom but this is perfectly central.

Friendly knowledgeable staff. We have got several items from them over time (kids fit bit watches, a blender, movies/ blu rays, a tv). Always at a competitive price, and products work well. They will price match other stores (with a store front, i.e. Not online only).

Really helpful today with movie selection. Unfortunately cannot give 5 stars as still struggle with pricing for DVDs and Blu-rays in Australia. Really need Amazon to shake things up.

Large range of household electronics. However, not very specialised in pcs as they're mostly old models.

Bought a tablet the other day, the staff were very helpful, go Vicky, and got me a great deal on the product I was looking for. Will definitely go back

There is a lot technology and entertainment crammed into this store. Staff are helpful but often not enough to go around. Always worth a visit to see whats on special.
