Brilliant electronics store. Great range. Great prices. Helpful staff. Can't fault it.

Good range of phones for sale but the service was a little lacking. The store was quiet and not busy yet we had to go through 3 different sales staff to get any service but the staff were friendly and professional and got us sorted eventually.

Such a variety of views on here.good and really bad.one can only take a chance and see what occurs or check another store out

The staff at Claremont JB are champions. I came through looking for a cassette to audio adapter for my 1999 Corolla and they had 3 in stock buried somewhere among everything else. No joke half the staff were helping me search for this adapter including the manager. We found it after combing the store for a whole 30 mins. Plus the adapter works like a charm!

I went in to purchase an Apple Watch and return a faulty eufy camera (purchased the day before. An hour in the store and walked out without Apple Watch (no stock in store however they wanted a deposit to secure stock from their Bunbury store - which I declined respectfully) and the return for the eufy camera was the most painful experience I have ever had in retail - the camera fault had to be verified in store (took forever for the guy to go through the setup process himself only to confirm the camera was faulty), - then he had to type into his computer to generate a refund slip, before heading to the counter to process the refund. It was then the counter told me, you can’t just refund the funds onto the credit card from which the purchase was made. Because it was purchased through the apple wallet app, they required the original iPhone, and in particular the apple wallet app on the iPhone - to be verified at the counter, before the manager will come over and authorize the refund. Painful and unpleasant. Will avoid in future.

Average customer service and if you have an accent trust me you’ll feel the difference in customer service. That’s what I experienced only in this Jb Hifi store (Claremont).

The salesman had a no care attitude and seemed to not like his job.

Great service from a girl called Marie. She sorted me out with a great deal for my phone that was cheaper than my current plan, but had more data. She also helped me with a great deal on a drone as well. Much cheaper than anywhere else and great friendly service. Thanks I will be back.

This is by far the worst JBHi fi I have ever been to, the staff are rude and extremely unhelpful

Returned a faulty fitbit watch which I had later been informed was a commonplace occurrence. Decided to return back to a galaxy watch. Aside from the original store not having the watch, both Claremont and Osbourne park store's staff were helpful and accomodating.

The staff are great, very knowledgeable on all the products. Always recommend JB Hi-Fi to friends

Friendly staff and great prices. Usually will price match if it's a big chain. Ask for a further discount!

Really good and helpful service, got a laptop transferred from Ocean Keys to here in Claremont store and they were onto it right away super duper professional and will let me know when it arrives early next week. I just have to bring in ID and the receipt as I already paid for it, they were really helpful in helping my brother and I decide on the differences between each lap top and make a sound decision for the price got down from 800 to 549,630 with insurance. For a HP lap top, not the chrome book. Lot of options for Bluetooth head phones as well. And staff really friendly and prompt. Will go in to pick up my lap top soon some time next week I guess! The only good thing about this store is there sales person Matt, this guy is so helpful and serve every customer with a smile, you’re lucky enough if you don’t get to see the store manager Marcohe is rude

This afternoon I visited the JB hifi store in Claremont to buy a very simple product. I was firstly served by a lovely helpful lady and then had the unfortunate encounter with the “manager” Marco? ! - you will know who he is by his awful taste in shirts. Anyway I asked Marcus my simple question only to be looked down upon, rudely spoken to hastily ushered over to where the product I was looking for was located. English is my second language as I was born in Brazil and his attitude towards my accent was bordering on racist. I suggest if you are not a blonde Western Suburbs regular Claremont shopper and have an accent or slightly darker skin then don’t approach Marcus. Appalled someone like him can be a manager at store!

Went in to buy & Apple Watch- the service from the young salesman useless. If they don’t have the products- don’t have them on display. So left to go to the Apple store.
