Went in looking for a wall mount, gas/spring lift monitor arm. While they didn't have any in stock that were compatible with my screens, the staff helped me search their shelves to see if I could use any of the ones they did have in stock, and suggested a few other stores that would likely carry what I was looking for.

They have a great range of products but on a Saturday afternoon no one could be bothered to assist us or come to the counter to make a sale. Disappointing
