Poor service at jaycar Armadale. Today. Staff rude and disinterested, maybe avoid customer service if you have difficulty talking to people.

Really nice and helpful staff, never had something they haven't been able to help with!

Salesperson was disinterested and unhelpful. The could not find the item I needed although it showed as in stock online. Did not really look. At one point they said they would have to ask their manager about it and wandered off. Apparently not to ask the manager though. They went back to their desk. When I asked about it The manager was apparently on break.

Everything you need if you are into electronics. I used to think this place was just about cars: p, but they carry a massive selection of everything electronic. Even have servos, soldering material. Very impressive range. The staff are super knowledgeable and friendly, taking time to show products.

As usual excellent service Warren today above any expectations of service and help. 100% check out this store.

Friendly staff and always helpful even when asking some relatively stupid questions. Great range of electrical goods and if they don't have it are willing to order in for you. The place is never too busy so straight in straight out.

Amazing service and so polite and helpful! They served me from my car as my daughter was finally asleep, and picked out what I needed and brought it out to me.
Then being a total ninny, I didn't have my wallet, and only had the cash in my car so he worked it out for me so I could afford what I had come here for! Highly recommend these guys! I come often and i always find what I'm looking for with their helpful staff! But today they have gone above and beyond for me and I really appreciate it. Thankyou

This is hands down of the best store in WA. Staff is very friendly and understand always the situations of their customers.

Very good customer service, the manager went well above and beyond his job description to help us out. It is a rare thing for someone to be so helpful, and he should be commended on his efforts. It didn't go unnoticed. We WILL highly recommend this store to all our friends, customers and family.

Went for a power supply for my laptop excellent service by the crew at jaycar armadale they also changed the internal battery for me, which was a great help to an old man.excellent service guys thanks.special thanks to the manager for his patience with old people

Purchased a Brassmonkey car fridge. Really great assistance from Altaf. He helped me with the size and capability questions. Team was happy and were serving other customers with a smile. Particularly happy with the technical knowledge these guys have about their products. Overall good vibe in the store.

I came In today with a solar panel and power station that were sold together as a package but weren't compatible.they spent over an hour helping me sort it out.they even ended up giving me some more cords and a free battery to get the panel and power station working. I usually have trouble returning products at stores other than Jaycar but not once did they show any irritation or impatience and were happy to help.thank you Jaycar you guys rock!

I bought a camera from hear and decided that I wanted something better, I returned the day after purchase and swapped it with no hassle, highly recommend, good business looks after there clients.
