Went there for advice today about an off grid battery bank setup worst customer service from manager I've ever come across. The young salesman was helpfull but got shut down by manager won't ever be going back there. The place across the road gave the right advice.you've got my business
My laptop charger blew up and was a week at least to get one through the channels.
Ended up calling Jaycar in Midland and they had me sorted in minutes with an alternative power source.
Great customer service from Ryan who made sure everything was ok before I left the store
Went in looking for a specific size wire, asked the only staff member who actually came out from behind the counter if they had some, he gave a quick "yes" before walking away. Didnt point us in the direction of the wire, didn't help us find what we were looking for, and then all staff completely ignored us despite us obviously looking lost and being the only customers in the store.
Didnt even receive a goodbye when walking out past all members of staff at the counter.
Unhelpful and rude.
Completely ignored by staff for over 15 minutes whilst I was the only customer in the store, completely useless. You're better off going somewhere else.

The midland jaycar team were brilliant with fantastic customer service. They were very patient and took the time to figure out a complex setup that everyone else i asked avoided. Great experience!
Firstly the store needs to stay open later on Thursday nights (late night shopping nights). 7.30 closing time is pathetic for a Thursday night. Secondly the staff will tell you anything to make a sale. Don't trust what the staff tell you, do your own research on the product before buying from Gaycar (jaycar).
