A young staff member is rude. I ask about a alan key size, you must be stupid not going to a hobby shop first. I check out the hobby stores first, I walk out

I received great service. I went there for USB C cables but asked the salesman about lots of other things and he show good patience and explained everything very clear. Rare to find in these times. Thank you

The staff ignored me when I walked around looking for some items. I had to get the attention of a male staff member, who appeared to be disinterested in assisting me. I then paid for the items which were very small and he plonked them on the counter and walked away. No “thankyou” or “have a nice day”’ or “would you like a bag to put those in? ” I’ve had similar experiences here before. I’m at a loss to understand how this store gets so many 5 star ratings. 5 stars is going above and beyond, and that has never been my experience here. I’ll go somewhere else next time. Or order online.

This team is insanely helpful and so knowledgeable. They have the answers to all your daunting questions right from a beginners level, and will explain everything happily to you in as much detail as you need. Brayden is the 12V king.

Altronics across the road has a better range of components and much, much better customer service.

Jaycars is an electronics buffs dream store. Everything for home brew electronics, Raspberry Pi, DJ equipment and software on. Prices are fair and they had a club which gives you a $ discount on future purchases etc. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They also sometimes have workshops for adults and kids. Highy recommended!

It's my first stop shop for sure. Malaga store is closer but this one is better by a mile!

Completely unhelpful. Tried to get a part express post for a breakdown and they refused to accommodate my request.

IMO - staff will go "above and beyond" to help out.

Recently lost my CC while visiting store. Staff even helped me search in carpark + nearby stores. Goes to show how much kindness/support they offer.

In end - it was my own stuffup, and found CC card in the unlikely of places.

But thankyou so much to Jaycar staff that helped me search for it.

Goes to show, the great staff you have working for company, and willing to help those in need.

I've been here many times and have found it to be a great store. This time I wanted to build a small circuit board, and they were super helpful. They helped me choose the items and explain the circuit with diagrams.

I went to the story to have some assistance buying a wireless LAN antenna.
Without much knowledge, the gentleman employee was very quick to assist and told me everything and more that I needed to know.

Hello, wenmt in today to buy a set top box and was plesantly surprised with the experience. Firstly we were welcomed to the store, and it was genuine. Secondly quick, informed and enjoyable service. Id recommended shopping there anytime because it was fun, I was happy and the store got a repeat customer.
