34 The guys in there are great and they all actually have knowledge on the things they are talking about or will endeavour to either ask someone who does or gain what they can to help. They are always so happy to have a chat and help with what you need and I have to say a special mention to the guy with the dreads (sorry don't know your name) thanks cos you have always given us great service and years ago before wE became city slicks and were still just a couple of country hicks you even gave us a free copy of "THE BIBLE" to take home.
P.s for those who don't know what "THE BIBLE" is your obviously not like me and married to a guy who loves Jaycar that much the only book he will read is their catalogue lol.

Store has a good range of electronic gear for a multitude of needs including kids toys, 3D printing, home security etc Staff are approachable and knowledgeable, a real asset to the store.
Mixed experiences. Some rare good staff who seem to leave quickly. Mostly pushy and limitedly knowledgeable staff. Stock is ok.
My wife bought something, she was unsure what she needed, the clerk said if it was unopened, returning would be no problem, the clerk failed to mention that the return had to be within seven days which is very difficult with three small children. So they refused to refund.
Furthermore, most of the staff don't know an MOV from a ceramic capacitor and most of what they sell now it's cheap rebranded Chinese garbage. From now on its eBay or altronics.

The team there spent 20mins with me to get the right $3 led light, they are the most friendly and helpful people you could find.
And you give them one star, you must be a 1 star sort of person.
Every time I go in there with a query they cannot be more helpful and will generally solve any issue. The staff are always friendly and try to convert the "technical" into easy to understand terms. I love going in there as they never make you feel "dumb".

Top service and advice. Went in today to grab some solder joiners and some wire strippers. Was served by Andrew and he very helpful. Haven't had such good service in a retail store for ages. Plenty of customer assistance. Andrew even showed me how to use a new type of wire stripper on my old wiring loom. Thanks!
Good place to browse. Staff are customer focused and always helpful and know the products. They should pay them more, they're worth it!
